I took a vehicle with you and you gave it to me badly, and the next day I returned it, they put it in the workshop, a month after that, and I still don't have a vehicle, they don't repair it, but they are good for collecting the fee when I don't have the vehicle, because It has been in your workshop for a month, I tell them to find a way to solve it or give me another vehicle, what is the answer they gave me that if I no longer want the vehicle, I should return it but the down would not be returned to me, I would lose the money, scammers, that's what tricolor people are ???.

Carlos is awesome.... got us in a very nice 2020 Dodge 1500 Laramie .. the staff are super friendly and helpful... easy approval. Best experience I've ever had at a car lot... I would 100%recommend them to all my friends and family.. thanks everyone at tricolor on northwest hwy in Garland.. Yall are awesome and we are extremely happy with our purchase...

Seriously do not recommend at all, they lie about everything how are the papers I signed saying one price but when I go into the portal it's a whole different price, any good reviews the sales people most likely typed themselves, again I do NOT recommend.

These people are the worst, I do not recommend them at all. I bought my car less than a month ago and they told me that my payments would be 257 every 15 days and it was all a lie. In total I would pay 370 every 15, totally a scam.

The good thing is that I have read all the comments very patiently and I believe that everything that is said about this Tricolor car agency is true, very bad service. I know this from some friends who bought there. I also learned that the interest rate increases a lot and that the payments are every 2 weeks
