All the way from guy on the phone, to the group that pulled my truck out of a tight spot in a timely manner and great customer facing abilities. Got me out of a Jam! The only mistake made was me calling them second, they did something someone else couldn’t do.”
“The course I was taken hired them to take me to and from the airport. Both drivers arrived early and got me to my destination on time. They were friendly and professional. I would use them again if I came back to Dallas for business.”
“Instructors were great, motel is basic and very clean. The meals they serve you for breakfast and lunch is what I would call Truck stop food, I preferred the grab and go breakfast from the motel.If you can bring your own car, that is best so you can go get dinner or to a store. They have a shuttle service but it may not be running when you want to go out. And rental cars are turned in on day one. Remember to bring your gas receipts to be reimbursed.Staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable.If you are a recent Truck driving school graduate, bring your/copy of your certificate to get the tuition paid back, it and the gas receipts was not on the check off list that was sent to me.”
“May not be the most confortable seating, but only had one stop DFW to El Paso and got there in less than 10 hrs, with plenty of seating while competitors were full and had much higher prices.”

“Not a bad place to deliver too. Parking is okay if there aren't autos or trucks parked in front of the docks. Restrooms are clean and people are friendly. Will be back!”

“Awesome rental experience! Normally service is crappy and the cars smell but not here! They delivered our car to the airport and drove us back when we needed a ride! They were very personable and even had a handwritten note and water bottles in the car waiting for us. I've never had a positive car rental experience before Go Rentals. I felt like they were truly a step above- I hope other car rental companies see how Go Rentals have raised the bar and follow suit!!”
“If you’re delivering Target stuff check in at the gate “C” right off of 17th street. Check in at door #1 or #20My appointment was for 8:00 I checked in at 7:30 they started unloading right away.There were no other trucks coming in or out at this side of the building.. very good”
