I shopped here twice while in Dallas from out of town. The first time, I can’t thank the woman enough who helped me find the perfect gift. The second time, another woman damaged a surprise present while wrapping it. Such a big let down when it was opened. Unfortunately, I’m out of town so I can’t return it.

Pam and the whole team at Toys Unique! are amazing! Every year at Christmas I make sure to visit and shop for my kids! They have the absolute best selection of toys for all ages! They are always eager to help with selection as well as education about any item in the store! This year I really wanted a certain toy that was not available and Pam made sure to help me have it under the tree this Christmas! You will not find a better toy store any where in the region!

This is by far the best toy store in the area! The employees are always so helpful if you’re shopping for someone else and it’s our go-to store for special treats for our own kiddo! We all love shopping here and while it may get crowded sometimes, everyone is in good spirits. Their toy offerings are truly wonderful! You won’t be disappointed!

Oh to be a kid again! Even as an adult I was drawn into the twists and turns; excited to see what awaited me around the corner.This toy store is fabulous for all ages including a section of board games for the older audiences who want to feel like a kid again.The options and variations are endless and their stock could set someone up for all the holidays and birthdays for the year! Honestly I’ve never seen so much paw patrol one place.Please shop local and try out this toy store. (It’s especially great for grandparents who want to take their children to spoil a little.)

I’m such a fan of this place! I’m always very last minute with gift giving and once when I called the day of my nephew’s birthday, Pam put together a wonderful order, wrapped it and delivered same day! I live in New York so having this place as my go to for my niece and nephew’s birthdays is such a godsend! They even recommend popular toy items for their age groups, which is so appreciated (because I’d have no idea what to get!) Thanks Toys Unique for your 5 star service and care!

I loved this store! The staff helped me find toys when I had no idea what anyone that age would like. And they wrapped it fast, but it looked amazing! The owner was in when I went and was a joy to talk to. The whole store had a very nice atmosphere. I don't often need to buy toys, but when I do this is where I will be going!

Excellent shopping experience. I wanted a toy that's made in the US. That was not a problem. Friendly stuff just pulled out a list and we found US made brands quickly. 6 stars.

This toy store is one in a million. Everyone working there either knows the answer to any question or will immediately make sure to find the answer to any question you may have--it's very impressive. Long story short: best customer service, sells great toys both classic and new, all-around a fun store to visit!

What an absolute gem this place is! I was in town for business, and had spare time to visit my friend’s kids who also lived near by and wanted to surprise them with small gifts. This spot came to the rescue. Dennis was great on the phone, and he assured me that I’ll find something for the kiddos. And when I got there Liz helped me choose the items. Their entire staff was a delight! That wrapping the gift for your customers at the end was a treat! Thank you for making my day, Toys Unique team!

Use to love coming here but the staff has increasingly become unpleasant. They linger around watching you. Even if you engage in conversation with them they still linger instead of letting you look. I get most people who come in there want help but some don’t. I just want to look in peace without feeling uncomfortable.
