Miente mucho acaba mi hija de agarrar su primer carro y le salió muy caro el interés dijieron que era el 10 por ciento y terminaron con un 13.9 percent demasiado abusivo es primera vez y última vez que agarramos carro Ahy especialmente si te atiende un tal maharan mientras te esta aciendo que firme habla y habla y para que caigas en sus trampas dijimos 66 pagos y salieron con 75 pagos ??????

Let me start off by saying I do not lose my cool with people, especially in the customer service industry because that's just not me. I'm so disappointed. I got a new Toyota Camry 2021 from here. I love the car and when they do any necessary service on my vehicle, but the finance department is..wow. In my contract, I paid for 2 years of registration/inspection. I bought my car the same time as my father in law. We got the same deal. I got one year of registration. I didn't even realize my sticker said it expired in a year because my father in law's said it expired in 2, so I just assumed mine was the same. I ended up getting a ticket for expired registration, and they said they would veto the ticket if I brought proof of registration after I told them my situation. So I had to get my car inspected & registered. Got my car inspected free with Toyota AS I SHOULD HAVE, but I had to pay for the registration out of my own pocket. They said they would refund me. I got that done in April. It is almost September. I have been calling and calling and leaving voicemails & NO ONE has helped me. Everyone refers me to finance where I get hung up on or sent to voicemail and calls never get returned. One person said to email them my pay stub because for some reason they don't have the receipt I sat for 2 hours to bring them in April after I got my registration done. I emailed him and no response. No refund either. Why can I not get my refund that I am owed? It's not even over $200, but it's the principle that I already paid to include that when I bought the car. I am a teacher and hardly have time to call when they are actually open. I am so sick of trying to get ahold of them. Despite all of this I have not gone off on any workers there. Even though I want to! Just sad. Do not buy from here for risk that they make this mistake and you lose out on money. Ridiculous

Don't go here!! Less than 2 months with the car and it broke down on me! Communication and customer care is the least important to them. I mentioned to my salesman, Nnamdi, a few times that it was my 1st time as a buyer. He failed to tell me: 1)only 30 days to bring it back in for issues 2)they could not service a Hyundai even though they sell it 3) set up an apt on Sat @ 9, to be told at 12 that it was closed on Sat. waited 4 HOURS to be said sorry I didn't know. To me, the salesman and dealership should have went out of their way to make things right, not me having to find a ride and come in several times. Finance didn't tell me I had a choice in getting Extended warranty, it was just added to my payment. Called Service when my car started to act up, quick to schedule me an appointment but failed to say the cost of the service. Then when asked about the cost, it was quickly told to me "oh you need to go to a Hyundai dealership". Telling me I would have taken to them, then asked for payment to get the car back only to be referred to another place. This is not to mention the terrible "detail" work they did, or checking the tires or spare. If I could take this car back right now and not get any bad consequences I would in a heartbeat and NEVER return here.

This review is exclusively for their service department. I usually go to Toyota of Richardson for all of my Tundra's maintenance, but they were extremely busy in the morning the 3 days I was trying to go there. I tried giving Toyota of Dallas a call but was out on hold for 5+ minutes so I just hung up. Sport City was the next closes location so I gave them a call and managed to get an appointment the next day to get my Tundra's maintenance in the morning. Getting here was a nightmare with all the construction and Apple Maps made me take these small, shady roads to get to Sport City Toyota. Once I arrived though, the workers were kind, promptly took care of my truck, and it was done by the time I went out for lunch and came back. They were fast and didn't try to upsell me on any additional service/repairs while telling me that my Tundra looks great for its age. I was hesitant with taking my truck here after seeing the reviews and the area, but it was an overall pleasant experience for me. I most likely won't make the drive all the way over here for maintenance in the future since it's further away from the Richardson and Dallas location, but I'm glad they had an opening the worked for my schedule and took care of me.

This place is an absolute Rip off purchased life time oil changes with my 4Runner for $499 now they will no longer honor there agreements stating that they changed owners it still says sports city Toyota over there door and that what it says on my oil change agreement what a bunch of crooks.I would take my business else where CROOKS

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They haven't done anything to earn a star from me. We purchased a car in November 2021. It is February 2022 and we still have not received license plates yet. Our dealer temp has expired, I have purchased a temp at the county tax office, and it has also expired. We are now being given the runaround from different staff members regarding getting another dealer temp tag or actual license plates. Not to mention, the car has already had to be returned for repair due to it overheating. I will never buy from here again and I will spread the word on every platform I can. I am also filing a complaint with the DMV and the BBB.

This dealership is total trash. Don't waste your time or money here. I bought 2 cars from them. Yes at the time I didn't know I was being scammed but I wish I did or I wouldn't have bought crap from them. 2013 Nissan rouge (bought in 2017) had the car for 3 years took care of it and did everything I needed to. Engine totally gave out on me. Went back to dealer and traded it in but barley got anything for it because of its condition. So then I got a 2021 Toyota Corolla (bought Nov 2020) this is where I got scammed. The sales guys are great I had no issue with them. It's the finance people who are scammers and don't give two sh*ts about you or your respect. Susie sold me good. She told me I could sign up for a credit card to help lower my gap insurance price because it was "over $100" so I did because my payments were already high since I was upside down from the rouge. She told me I would only have to pay "$40-60" a month at the most. Guess how much I have to pay $120... She was the worst finance person she didn't know what she was talking about she seemed very new at her job. On top of that she made my payments go late from the Rouge because they took 2 1/2 months to pay off my car. I had to fight the dealership to get me a letter stating it wasn't my fault. Joe was who I was dealing with because Susie didn't work there anymore (shocker huh) he treated me like total garbage. He laughed in my face and made jokes when I was very serious about my situation. It took me 2 weeks to get this stupid letter from there to clear THERE FAULT problem on my credit. I called numerous times and requested to speak to a manager. I had to physically go up to the dealership to get anyone to speak to me. I didn't get a copy of my contract when Susie did my sale. In the end my car ended up getting totaled (just my luck right) 8 months after getting the car. I found out the credit card I purchased was "a $4000 down payment cash" from them for my 2021 Toyota !!!??? She lied to me and I will never work with sports city Toyota again. All these people do is sit on their a** and laugh at the customers. I can't believe a business would run like this. I purchased my next car at Rockwall Toyota and you won't believe the comments they had to say about Sports City smh. I had no issues with this new car and they explained everything down to the core. My gap was only $11 there should be no reason she told me $100+ for gap insurance... a bunch of scam artists. You won't believe how much I had to go through to resolve so many issues with these people. I almost tore someone's head off. Please I beg you if you value your time and energy don't come here for the love of god!

Their service is f***ing horrible..Don't go there, because trust and believe me, this will be the last time I'm ever coming here. I stood at my car after entering the service center and for exactly 8 min and 52 seconds with not one person to greet me I decided to walk in and with 5 service men sitting at their desk and 3 had their dog ugly faces starring at the computer so they wouldn't have to speak to me, and 2 on the phone, yet keep in mind they all see me come in and not one said a word so then once again I'm yet standing their waiting to get greeted or acknowledged..and nothing happens for 6min and 14seconds before a man asked "Has someone helped you buddy?" I was pressed for time or else I would have told him what he could do with MY "buddy". Lastly let me say that I hope it was not because I'm a young African American Male because I stood and observed them help other guest and none of them got the service I received. DONT EVEN BUY A CAR FROM EM'. They Receive 0 stars.They can't even pass GO nor collect $200..TRY HARDER SPORTS CiTY! "IF Y'ALL KNEW BETTER, Y'ALL WOULD DO BETTER"

Used Car advertised is a bait and switch. Wasted our time and tried to sell us ANY different car. The car is still showing for sale on-line after we were told it is sold. SportSh$tty should be the motto. One star is too much, negative 5 black holes is more appropriate....

RUN AWAY NOW! I wish i i could give this place a -1 star rating . I purchased a used Nissan maximum Aug 25 2021 from car salesman Virgil. Every since sept 1st i started experiencing major problems with the car. It would lose power randomly while driving the car. I contacted everyone! My car salesman Virgil the guy who i did the final deal with Mark Kitchen and the manager of used car Fabio no one was helping for 2 months. Finally today is Oct 25 2021 after begging them to do Something about the car they decided to pay off the loan and send me home. They did not even offer to put me in another car nor did they offer a loaner for my inconvenience missing work nor was i refunded my down payment on the car. They hung up on me one time throughout the process of trying to get the issue resolved. And the customer service skills is just all around horrible there . No bodies knows nothing. They claim they couldn't find a problem with the car even after i sent videos/pic of the car not accelerating while pressing the gas and codes popping up on the dashboard. I urge you please do not buy from this dealership!
