If you’re a veteran, don’t ever go here. One of the sales person lied about not having a military discount. He justified it by saying they don’t even get an employee discount why would they give military rebate. Glad we didn’t purchase our car here. Go to Toyota Cowboys instead, they’re very accommodating with vets.

Happy with the quality of repairs and maintenance, always timely and proper. Not impressed with paying approximately 10% “shop materials” fee AND the new 3% fee for paying with a card.

I was contacted by Toyota of Dallas concerning a trade in on my 2020 Camry. The sales person name is Juan. He called me several times and I finally set up an appointment to come in today at 12:30pm. Today it was raining so I was late but still made it. During my time there I gave Juan my information and in the end he tells me they do not have the model Camry I want in stock and won’t have any until the 2nd week of September. Now him and I have spoken over the phone concerning which car I was getting and we spoke right be before I got to the dealership. The point is he could have told me over the phone they didn’t have many cars in stock. Waste of my time!

The service department performed an oil change and a wheel alignment in about an hour on my 2021 Corolla LE. My Service Advisor, Joe Delapa kept me informed as to the progress of the service with appropriate explanations. I appreciate the care and expert attention to detail. I had a great experience.

They do not deserve even one star for poor service, especially in the service department, starting with their workers and ending with the service manager. Bad experience.

I've owned my 2023 Tundra for a year now, and I'm already being told I need new tires. Since I bought the truck, it has had ongoing alignment issues, requiring realignment three times in the past year. The service manager insists the excessive tire wear on the outside is a tire issue, not an alignment problem. However, with the alignment being off multiple times, it's clear the real issue lies with the alignment. Now, Toyota has me running in circles, asking me to contact Falken to blame the tire manufacturer for the wear, instead of addressing the root cause.

Usually worry about getting overcharged at dealer but Alec was super helpful and trustworthy and felt I got out of there quickly, efficiently, at a very fair cost.

Smaller place than the Toyota of Dallas but there Customer Service is one of the best.
They don't ignore you.
They look up what ever it is your looking for.
They don't Lie they don't give you the run around.
I'm happy to be serviced at the Toyota of Richardson they show more Class and Professionalism.
I have to drive from Down Town .... but I leave with a smile.

Very unpleasant experience, very time consuming for a cash purchase, they have no respect for the customers time, they throw people at you like if they want to help but it is just to eat up time. Never again.
