If you want an unethical dealership, come here! They start by advertising with veteran discounts which they don't honor! Take vehicles and sell them even after you put down "good faith money", the managers change the cost of vehicle, the finance dept adds things to total and doesn't go over the details then tells you all the paperwork is on a flash drive for review when only one document is there. And these numbers aren't even the ones which the sales and management quotes. No numbers or costs are given on extra services and when questioned on "why" no one will answer your question. So, if you want this type of service come here. Otherwise find another dealership! Oh, forgot about the great customer service from management where they treat you with abruptness. rudeness and basically boarding on unprofessionalism but some really like this type of service. Great Sales Representative in Dwayne Flowers who tried to do the right thing till management and finance got involved.

Do not use this company. We've had other issues with them, like not giving back our handicapped plates when purchasing a new car. They broke a part on my car & will not replace it. It's 355.91 to purchase just the broken part. Not counting labor cost. So no I don't recommend this company. Wish I could give no stars!

I traded in my car in November of 2023, and they still have not paid off the car I traded in. I am receiving calls and letters from the lender and I have tried to speak to Sport City about it and just get the run around. I am also waiting for my new license plate for the car they pushed off on me ( a used Toyota Corolla), which I am not happy with. Do not patronize this dealer, you will have nothing but trouble.

Salesman named Ahmad offered a car at a specific price and after keeping you there in the process of buying for 4 hours! they charged me 2,500 more and tried to lie saying the Price was never agreed on! they don't let you see the total price until the end and hope you'll not notice the higher price or buy the car anyways, these are the worst scammers in the world!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Sports City Toyota on December18th. I had hit a curb and damaged tires. I was kept up to date on the analysis and my options. It was fixed in no time.

Beware of their Finance Department! I recently purchased a 2024 Tundra with a purchase price that I was comfortable with. It is in the add on services that they would hit you with that the dealer can get the price that they want. My finance agent was Erik Flores. They ripped me off with these add on services and then when I said that I dont need it, they told me I could not cancel it anymore. I called Toyota Financial and Toyota Financial said that the dealership should be able to cancel the add on services. When I called the dealership again they told me they can't cancel the added services. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recently passed a consent order dated 11/20/2023 in regards to their conduct in connection with financing and servicing of contracts for optional products and services.

Very bad service I had an appointment and even after 1 hour wait they are still working on someone else car. Then why there is an appointment.UPDATENow 2 hours only for a oil change and I am still waiting

I went there to look at the used cars. They asked didnt I want a new one so I said talk to me about the price and I MIGHT do that. After showing me the price on one that I said was way out of my price range with much higher monthly payments than I told him I could do, I told him to talk to me about a used one I had test drove (which was a bad experience as the guy kept going watch that person, look out, let that car go, HELLO, I know how to drive). He then left and had a different guy come talk to me. He then started trying to show me the difference between a new and used. I then clearly said "stop talking to me about new, I'll buy the used one" He left and the first guy came back with another new car offer!! They had my drivers license and now I said I'm done, give me my license. He left and wasn't coming back so I had to open the door to the office to get it. They said we're trying...I stopped him and said give me my license. After I got in my car before I could leave ANOTHER man was at my door. When I rolled down the window to see what he wanted, he said "they said you wanted a used car" By this point I was so angry at how pushy they were being I said no I'll go buy another one I had looked at. I would NOT recommend this dealership as they wanted to be so pushy and try to sell me a new car that they lost the sale of a used one. I don't know if this was because I was a woman by myself or if this is the way they do all potential customers. But I would avoid them at all cost!!

Horrible! Customer service is rude and will make you wait hours for nothing. The salesman lied on my solicitation and changed my interest rate without me knowing. "Management" lies to your faces and is disrespectful, specially if you're Hispanic. Apparently the manager is always out on lunch and meetings when a problem appears.

Well, I really enjoyed the service that I received from Sportcity Toyota. I was informed from the day I called to the morning I showed up with my vehicle and continually kept up today throughout the day with text messages until my vehicle was finished. It was also washed when I got there to pick it up. Thank you

Beware of false advertisement from Facebook. Also horrible customer service! Also got blocked from seeing the post and sending messages. This is why you don't see people's real reviews on this being fake due to who ever is running their Facebook is blocking them. Don't waste your time.

The service was expedient; however, my initial correspondence with the sales agent was a little concerning as he came off as not very knowledgeable of his job descriptions. I was told of the incorrect oil as well as the price for my service. I also had to return back to the service department as the automotive technicians failed to add my new mileage sticker from my oil change. Service could have been much bette.
