Number one they charge too much number two when you pay on the 1st they say is for 28 days but it's not I gave them $1,000 and it's still don't go past 28 days they still put it up around by the 25th or the 26th so therefore I'm going there twice a month to make sure my son have somewhere to stay number three they have bed bugs my son ate up from bed bugs charge you that amount of rent and don't have clean rooms

Rooms are not very clean at all!!!! The carpet is NASTY !!!COVID 19 DOESN'T GOT JACK ON THIS MOTEL.For the price this place charges, anybody in their right mind would go to a nice hotel rather than spend the night at this bed bug haven...Good luck if anybody is considering staying there. Ill pray for you....

I stayed there for 6 months. Killed 5 mouses. Lots of roaches. Very bad neighborhood. Its 300 for a 2 bed. It takes a long time to fix anything. We never got a working heater when we were there during winter.

bugs roaches can't get no sleep they always shooting avroos the street I never see security nowhere it's not a safe place for kids not even adult unless u on drugs n don't care bout ur surroundings

Wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrible experience. The room looked like a crime scene I was afraid to stay in the room. I asked for a refund the manager was very rude and disrespectful and of course I couldn’t get my money back. Ended up leaving immediately. First time visiting Dallas and this happened. Examples; Roaches, filthy carpet don’t know if it was blood or dirt could have been a mixture of both, dirty towels, missing appliances which means there were holes in the wall where the appliances should be, was afraid to open the refrigerator, large bags of trash in the halls on every floor and the tv was 12 inches and from 1990. First word that popped in my head when I entered the room was RUN.
