“A few days ago my 16 year old son was hit hard by a negligent driver. When I got there I saw the car and new it was likely totaled and I needed a tow. I called 2 places first, one the lady who answered clearly did not want my business and I got a time frame through persistence, it was 2-3 hours. I called the tow company that my body shop recommended on their after hours voice mail, he asked me if we could just do it tomorrow since he was pretty busy.I was really at my wits end, I called Northstar Towing expecting more of this insane B.S. and the gentleman who answered was polite and attentive. I told him where I was and that I needed a tow, he told me it would be about 25 minutes!!!! My father was with me and he said yeah right, more like 2-3 hours, and I agreed that was likely the case.However, Sam rolled up 30 minutes on the dot later. He pulled up to us, rolled down the window and asked how everyone was and if the people in the car were ok FIRST. Only after did he pull forward and quickly and efficiently get the car on the truck and ready to go. He was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. It was one of the most refreshing interactions with ANY business I have had, much less a tow truck company! I can't recommend this company enough. Nauman and team were able to repair the front end cosmetic damage as well as some underlying damage I was unaware of in roughly a week, as promised, and inline with the original estimate. “No one's ever happy about having to take their car in, but these guys are at least straight shooters when it comers to repairs and service. Hassan runs a good shop with great service.
You don't get the impression he's bsing you to just to make a sale or get you to fix things that you don't really need to fix. He's worked on my car multiple times now-- even polishing up a repair for me free of charge-- and explained to me lots of things about properly maintaining my vehicle in the future. I don't think he's doing this to make money off me-- the guy just knows about cars and cares about cars.
Maybe the most important thing is that these guys are much cheaper than the other two auto shops close by.
Good service, straight shooters, and cheaper prices. This'll be my go-to auto shop for as long as I'm in Dallas.”
