This is my favorite Tom Thumb store. It is easy to shop here, and the customer service is outstanding. Dee is an excellent cashier. She gave me useful tips on how to use the Tom Thumb app. Brian is the deli guy. He opens early as a convenience to customers and he is knowledgeable as well. People like Dee and Brian are why I shop here....just a great store.

We always liked this store, close to our home until we had to return something bought by mistake. After we got home, realized they did not give us the correct amount from the return. My husband went back and the cashier gave him an attitude and it was their mistake ! Not sure if she was having a bad day or just had a problem that we came back for their mistake.Will not be shopping here again, plenty of Tom Thumbs in our hood.

Better than Kroger but that doesn't say much. Terrible layout at Rockwall store. Rewards/Coupon program is the worst of all grocery chains.

Technically I went to the Starbucks inside Tom Thumb so I'm only reviewing that. The Starbucks is Tiny but plenty big enough for what they are doing. I got what I usually get there and they had croissants- - bonus! The Baristas were friendly and polite. The area looked clean and organized. No complaints only good things.

This is one of the few grocery stores I’ve been in recently that was well stocked! They had everything we needed and the prices are very reasonable. The aisles are a little narrow and it was crowded but I can deal with that if they have what I need. Check it out!

Surprisingly compact neighborhood grocery store...but selection and fresh meat/food sections go deeper than expected. Service and helpfulness were exemplary!
