Normally I have good experiences at other Tom Thumb. However, I ordered groceries for pick up and the employee gave my groceries to another customer without checking the code or confirming he had the right customer. When I went inside the store no one offered to give me the groceries that were basically stolen and they told me I would have to wait 24-48 hours for a refund. After 48 hours with no refund I called customer support and they informed me that information was incorrect and I would have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund even though it was their error. This is ridiculous and I’m completely disgusted with the entire situation.

How would I know? I just went in and got the water. I do not hope from Tom Thumb Whole Foods and Central Market. I shop from a German store and at last, I know what I buy is fresh.

Got salmon on sale. It was old and should have been thrown out, not sold. Same thing happened a couple of years ages ago, thought they wouldn’t do it again. Check dates and ask dates or you will end up with garbage.

We shop here for most of our grocery trips. It is the closest to us but we can mainly purchase the bulk of our needs here.

Probably the best Tom Thumb ive been at. Its clean, easy to find things, and the staff is helpful. Parking isnt too bad because the lot is pretty big, but it can be hard to find a space close because of all the other shops around.
