Some of the men that work here are absolute creeps and make it uncomfortable to shop with eyes on you constantly sizing you up. Gross. It also always smells like fish at this location and makes the shopping experience unpleasant. This is the closest grocery store near me and I will now drive 10 minutes in another direction to Target just to not deal with their nonsense.

Just a regular Tom Thumb. However, I’d recommend security to be a little more aware of the people they allow in, so many young people going there smelling like ? and it is quite unpleasant.

The girl working customer service this afternoon had a bad attitude. At $30 each day we come for 30 days, we spend close to $1000 here a month not including our weekly groceries. I am taking my money elsewhere. Yall had a busy day and the manager was outside talking pretending to get carts and left the cashier alone while 2 workers stared at people using self check out as if they were stealing.

Just visited for 1st time. Got some deals on clearance (orange labels) but the self-checkout was a pain, prices were different. The staff lady had to scan one by one, still didn't work, so time consuming. I hope they can do like other WM Super Center where I just scan the discounted items, pay with my phone and go, no issues. Also, bananas were advertised outside as $0.39, but once inside the price was $ 0.59/pound. I hope Tom Thumb would improve for next visitors!

The supermarket is really good and the prices are moderately affordable making comparisons with other stores they are almost the same

Came in to get my car registered. The young lady that works the customer care desk denied me service for no reason. She said she wanted to take credit for something so I needed a certain green paper work. I have my vehicle registration on hand. Makes no sense

This location’s closing staff members are PATHETIC! I came in looking for an item that I could not find right off the bat. I first asked the young lady on the aisle will continuing to look as well. She did not move a muscle to attempt to help. She just said try another aisle. I ended up finding the spot for what I was looking for but the spot was empty. I then asked the clerk at the front (she was older and had an accent) to assist. She literally asked someone else to assist me. I’m remaining calm but this is unacceptable! The young man she asked to help me walked to the end of the aisle and replied, “ we probably don’t have it.” By this time
i ask, “ are none of you going to verify or just provide an assumption?!” He called for someone else and I made my way to another Tom Thumb before they closed. This is poor customer service and lazy service at its best. If they do not want to assist customer seeing how only self check was open. Put them back on the registers.

After this TomThumb remodel last year, they had Sushi Bar located in the Deli department now, Wow! Look beautiful and delicious, love it!
