Ive been coming to this tom thumb for 3 years and ive never had issues but the security girl closing 10/9 &10/10 has been locking the doors before 10:40!!! When they close at 11 pm! If this is the new procedure change the closing time to 1030! If not you need to have a talk with her! I understand i go in late and I can only speak for myself but I get off of work late and I always know what im going in for so I am in and out GIVEN YALL CLOSE AT 11 im not showing up 5 minutes before I show up a least 20 minutes before !!! This is ridiculous!!!

This store is always out of stock on basic items. The customer service is rude and acts like you are an inconvenience. Their mobile app is horrible and whoever is working drive up and go is rude beyond measure. Communication skills are zero. I am done with their delivery service and the store altogether. 🤬🤬🤬

This store should shut their pick up service down. EVERY SINGLE time there is an issue. Items missing, one time half of my order was missing. Had to go in the store, they couldn't find my missing items and asked me to go pick them myself! Twice that happened! Today my husband went to pick up an order, waited 30 min outside. I called and the girl was super frustrated said he should just come in and get it bc she's understaffed. No one else was waiting outside, she even hung up on me. Another time, my order was given to door dash and they had the nerve to ask me to wait until they brought it back. Never again. I've placed 1000 orders with KROGER and never had an issue. Shut it down

I am very disappointed because it has been multiple times that deals are displayed for discounts and when I go to the register they do not work. I always ask for help but always get told it takes minutes for it to load. What is the point of having deals when I end up having to pay full price?? Also the speed at which help is given is RIDICULOUSLY slow!!! This is the closest grocery store near me and I love how close it is, but like seriously no one bothers to actually help in situations with prices. Couldn’t they just change the price to the marked down price?? I’m disappointed truly because this has happened multiple times and I come here very often.
