I ordered my little cousin's 13th birthday cake here and they did it exactly how I wanted to. I went up there to order and show them pictures and also sent them pictures as well so they could have it. The cake was about $30 which was VERY good considering what others were asking for this same exact cake. And it was GOOD!!!! It probably could've fed 10-15 people. Will definitely be ordering again!

I really wish i would have read the reviews before purchasing food from here. I pick up some "fresh California rolls" from their kitchen, had 3 pieces before realizing something didn't taste right. And I've had the shits for 3 weeks now :/ last time I buy anything from this Tom Thumb. I guess underground parking is cool especially if we're having bad weather-hence the 1 star.

Gotta tell ya, don't underestimate too greatly the quality of prepared food at a grocery store. First off this is a gigantic store considering it's in a downtown district. Everything you want in a grocery store is here. As I walked through to pick up some groceries the prepared food section caught my eye. I was taken aback by a two chicken meal for $8.99. Having been tempted by the look and vast variety of the food I ordered a two piece chicken dinner with two sides. Choices of chicken, including jalapeño, baked, and fried. I chose fried. it was actually quite good. A decent amount of food, good, rich flavor, and nice and hot. For two sides, I chose the coleslaw and the mixed vegetable medley. The coleslaw was just OK. A bit on the dry side, and lacked a little bit of flavor, but not too bad. The vegetable salad (completely forgot the name of this) was very good. It was advertised as spicy, but it really wasn't. It had corn, carrots, red peppers, and some white funky thing. I tried to decipher what the white funky thing was, but couldn't. But it was surprisingly good. I would say for $8.99. This might be one of the best deals in town.

I've finally had it with Tom Thumb ( Preston and Frankfort). Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered at a grocery store - especially at the deli and butcher areas of the store. Almost nonexistent! When I make a comparison around the area in which I live- no more Tom Thumb- they don't deserve my business.

This pharmacy is so wonderful! Both my husband and I have always had great experiences with the pharmacist and staff here, we switched pharmacies a few months ago and are so glad we did.

This store will put rotten/molded produce out. I've bought fresh produce from this location three times already where I get home & im ready to start cooking & when I open the bag or container the produce is in, to my surprise they're not usable. Its happen with potatoes being really green, molded corn, or molded cabbage. They must not FIFO their produce.

Unfortunately I have to update my review for this Tom Thumb. Lately, when I have been shopping I will find multiple items that are past the expiration or sell by date by two weeks for even a month. I'm not sure how milk that has been expired for three weeks stays on the shelves and if people are buying it without realizing it.
