I was visiting Dallas and forgot my prescriptions. I reached out to a local pharmacy close to my hotel and they were unhelpful…said it would be 3 days before they could fill my medication. I looked up another pharmacy that was in the area and called Tom Thumb. Sam, the pharmacist, got the info he needed and my pills were ready within the hour. Thank you so much for helping me when I was in a real bind!

Better individual service than Walgreens, Walmart, or CVS. The pharmacists are very nice, patient, and will do everything in their power to help you with any questions you may have.

My favorite pharmacy in Dallas. I’ve been coming here for a year now and have always been satisfied with their service and the generics they choose to order vs other pharmacies’ generics. Keep up the great work. 5 Stars.

The pharmacist that works here is BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! From the time I called to check the status of my prescription the day after my doctor sent it over.. She was so rude to me on the phone and informed me they were out of one and had to order it and they would call me when it arrived. I called back the next day because they NEVER called me to let me know that my prescription had arrived! when I get there I try to use my GoodRx coupon and she tells me I will have to come back the next day because it was close to closing time and she would have to re-process my prescription. This is beyond unprofessional and rude. I expect more from such a nice location!!! I will be sending my refills to a different pharmacy! I literally live across the street and will HAPPILY make the drive to a different pharmacy for better customer service!

Best pharmacists ever!! Sam is truly such a kind and caring soul. Their systems were down and were unable to fill my prescription until the next day and Sam got there early that morning to call me and let me know the system booted up. So grateful for pharmacists like him :)

I got sick while visiting Dallas and have no rental car. Walked to a clinic then to this Tom Thumb Pharmacy to get some prescription cough syrup. They didnt include any way for me to measure out the dose. I called and asked them to either A) have one of their delivery drivers drop one off, or B) measure out how many ml the vial cap can hold so I can get an approximate measurement, which the pharmacist refused to do. I spent $60 on medicine I can't take, unless I work up the strength to walk back in the 90+ degree weather with a 102 degree fever. Zero empathy or desire to help. Avoid.

Very cute market. Has just about everything you could need. Not their fault that Dallas only allows them to sell beer and wine and no hard alcohol.

This is my favorite Tom Thumb in the whole wide world. I love to come when I am in town. They have so much more selection that the other locations and everyone is so inviting. There is a Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a bar/restaurant I think-I didn't pay too much attention. I love the prepared foods section. There are some really yummy steam-able options like shrimp with rice and veggies, salmon with asparagus, shrimp fajitas. Easy to grab and take home. The employees are always friendly and the store is bigger than you would expect, but easy to maneuver around. They validate parking in the attached garage for 90 minutes too!
