normally it's good to go here but this new Asian pharmacist is rude and curt on the phone. I told him I felt horrible and was getting out of bed to get these meds and I asked him when they would be ready. he told me an hour. so a little after an hour I went up there in my pajamas, looking and feeling terrible, nauseated and he told me to wait 15 min. That's not ok. if I did have to ask for a plastic bag to heave into while I waited, or if I wasn't really sick it would have been ok. NEVER going there again while he works there. the other person there the lady with short hair, was nice as usual. glad I didn't throw up in her

Great pharmacy with old-school values. Andy is the best pharmacist I ever had.

Other Tom Thumb turned me away for a scheduled vaccine, claiming their online appointments were not valid. This one accepted my paperwork and gave my my shot within 5 mins of walking up to the pharmacy!

Andy always provides excellent service, and is also very efficient. Overall the best pharmacy in the Park Cities area because of the quality team here.

At 6pm tonight the manager was yelling at an employee and cursing so the entire store could hear. I asked a cashier who the manager was because it was such horrible behavior and she said it was the guy yelling. She was clearly uncomfortable. Left the store quickly! Unacceptable behavior

Dallas Tom Thumb in Snyder Plaza is fantastic grocery! Small store, but well-stocked. Try deli's fried catfish. Better tasting, 1/2 price of seafood joints! Susan will cook it up fresh to order!.

I love this place. They cram as much product in then store as possible to make customers happy. The people who work there are friendly and they seek to hire those that may have challenges. I shop here for 90% of my groceries. Again, when a place hires diversity that includes those with challenges - you have my business!

Second time I've came into this store and people are miserable. Jane, your attitude towards having to do anything but frown was exhausting. I hope you have a better day and possibly another position where you don't interact with customers. Thank you to the manager for actually helping.

Beware any items on sale! Whether it is an in-store price on groceries or a weekly ad on a flyer or from the Internet, it may not transfer to the checkout stand. Not sure if this is an oversight or simple Bait and Switch but it happens frequently! If you are going there for a specific sale, stay alert during checkout or you will NOT receive any savings. They are quick to give the discount when caught but their registers are NOT always programmed to automatically charge the lower price. . It also takes additional time as you argue with the cashier and wait for a store manager to validate the sale. Meanwhile, everyone in line has to wait unnecessarily. Very AGGRAVATING!!!
