This pharmacy has always been run very very well . Unlike the rest of the store . The pharmacists keep a eye on the people that are representing them as I have never had ANY issues with my prescriptions. While I do not shop the rest of the store due to issues with the lazy incompetent children the store manager hires.....The pharmacy is run like a clock with the key people that have been there for years. That is the only reason I will walk into that store...
Thank you for being there and doing the great job pharmacy people!!

So very helpful awesome transfered prescription there from CVS and UT Southwest the head pharmacy man walked out of his way out the pharmacy door to show me things on his phone about the new drug my mom was going to take just awesome

This pharmacy is horrible. I have waited over half an hour each time I have picked up a prescription, their method of handling the prescription is ineffective and seems to have two many steps between getting your medication out of their bag and then labeled for you and put into your take home bag. You can never get in touch with this pharmacy over the phone, my own doctor states she had had zero success in reaching them over the phone. The staff is also rude and will point blank not answer your questions should you ever have a question about pricing. The first time I was there I asked how much is the total since I had new insurance, got a dead silent and then asked to swipe my card- I didnt even know what the total was I would be swiping my card for!! There was no displaying indication and no verbal communication, I asked again and got the worse attitude. Ended up paying for a medication I would have never paid for had I just knew how much it was from the start. How can this possibly be acceptable!? The wait time, never being able to get a hold of, the lack of communication and rudeness is not worth it. Find another pharmacy and spare yourself the frustration.

I had been using this pharmacy for 8 years at least. I posted about a year ago. The staff constantly loses my prescriptions. I decided to give them another chance, again I went and they couldn't find my prescription. The manager Chuck had a look, and found it. I continued to go, despite having the problem yet again. Last week I called about a prescription my doctor texted me a week before that he had called in. Mind you my doctor charges me every time he calls in (he is not on my insurance). This last time the prescription was lost they claimed it hadn't been filled since 4 months ago, when I knew very well that it had been filled the week before and I had simply been waiting to for the text to say it was filled. I never received that text, so that was when I called them. When they said they didn't have it, and I knew they did, I informed them that this time I would be switching pharmacies.

The staff there know me by name and they’re quick to pick up the phone which is more than I can say for most pharmacies in the area. Tonight when I picked up a prescription, Sav’s friendly demeanor made my night!

Not one single bag of egg noodles on the shelves! Ten cartons of eggs and 3 of them had broken eggs! Pallets and carts and boxes blocking the aisles! (Why does it take 4 people to stock the spice shelves?!) Found mold growing in a bag of pasta in the deli section! Prepared food shelves only half full! Many items with expiration dates of 1 week or less and some expired! Absolutely NO ONE knows how to correctly bag! There is a "science" to it! I remember having to go to bag school when I was a teenager! And shelves got stocked around 5 in the morning to be ready for opening; NOT during the day while getting in everyone's way! It's called courtesy! Employees carrying on conversations with each other when they should be helping customers or concentrating on their jobs! I've been going to this store since 1986 when it was across the street! It's been getting bad for awhile, especially variety and selection of just about everything, but this is the worse I've ever seen it! If I was the store director, I'd be embarrassed! And because of the grocery situation in Oak Cliff, I'm probably going to have to start going to Oak Lawn! I hear they have a great big Kroger over there!

I'm a very satisfied happy customer. I came during a pre winter warning expecting the worse. The staff/ manager were definitely pre planned for everything. Super clean, well stocked, full of helpful employees with smiles everywhere. Highly recommend this store.
