“I visited William’s Cigars last Thursday with a friend. The place was very like a family owned business. Like going to a friends house and enjoying the company and some great sticks. Willam comes and immediately recognizes two unfamiliar faces and greats us with open arms like I’ve known him for years . Thanks us for coming in and gave us a stogie just for coming in. The best part is the cigars are all hand rolled and smoked very well. BYOB. Definitely will be my go to place when I’m in Dallas.”

The graphics on the side of the building caught my attention and brought me in. The store is nice and clean, everything is well placed and organized, however i feel customer servicr wasnt too stellar. I came in with a friend and we both had the same impression. That we werent all that welcomed, that was the general feeling. I came in looking for CBD products and they happened to have quite a selection. Curious as to what i was seeing, the clerk behind the counter just came off a little rude and condescending. Im a customer with questions, not a customer that knows exactly what they want. The other clerk sat back on his phone the entire time and not once attempted to help either of us when the clerk who was in the middle of "assisting" me, stopped and went to help another customer. A purchase was still made but i wont be coming back due to feeling unwelcomed.”
“Lately I have made this my regular spot for all my smoking needs because they have good prices, cool chill atmosphere and products are clean/organized.Here are some products purchased yesterday! Fell in love with this poster for obvious reasons! Cartilage go to is usually Hidden Hills & Medusa but decided to go with this new version of Hidden Hills. Pre rolls are a must because you just have to spice up your smoking and changed it up lol.There were two gentlemen that were nice enough to hook it up with their business card and these cute mini pre rolls! Let me tell you - as an experience smoker - the minis HIT! Can’t wait to go back and ask what brand they were so I can get the full size ??”

It has a very chill, relaxing vibe inside. Jose was very helpful with the cigar selection, cutting and lighting for us. We also ordered one of their espressos.
This place is BYOB and they don’t serve any alcohol here.
We thought they closed a touch early on a Saturday at 10 o’clock, but it didn’t impact us any. We did see some people ordering drinks from the bar next-door and bringing it into the cigar bar. Overall, people were very friendly here and we enjoyed our experience.”

They did Not forget about our Gentleman's or our little Furries. You can select witch items you want in your Bouquet as well as what Colors you would like. They have a quick turn around time 24-36 hrs depending on the size. They do Money Bouquets and don't forget to Ask them about there Ballon Bouquets..

He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me to find right what I needed right away. We even joked around a little bit about the experience with one of the other products.
