Called today to see if they carried a specific product The guy on the phone was very rude. Every time I asked him for something he kept naming different products that I did not even ask about and try to make me feel like I was stupid. Would not recommend.

Horribly rude staff! The one girl just sits on her butt and doesn't even get up. Super rude! If your white you will get treated nice but if your another minority you won't get treated nice here yet it's minorities that work here.

I went in tobacco and be on this evening, and the gentleman working there had no idea about any of the products they were selling and when I say no idea, I mean zero idea he should be fired Vincent he is not Vincent knew about everything in that shop knew about all the cigars there is nothing you couldn’t of asked him that he didn’t know thank you. Please find another person to work there that knows about your products.

About a year ago my favorite vape flavor had been discontinued and i was a regular at another vape shop, so I went here to see if they had any remaining bottles of said flavor. They did, and Dylan also gave me great recommendations moving forward, and when that flavor got discontinued they helped me find one even better that I still use to this day. I also have been slowly lowering in nicotine and they have offered great advice. I have also bought many pieces from this store because they don’t make you feel uncomfortable about questions like your average vape store. Best store around!
