Just like TKO’s customer service the response from their president is lacking. I’ve talked to my builder before responding and no communication from TKO has been received! False promises and lies is what the industry is built on and TKO is a perfect example of doing less than! The response of the pandemic (4 years ago) is still being used as an excuse is pathetic!

My builder ordered a hardware system from TKO last August for $2K. It was received in late October and of course the trim carpenter wasn't back until just now. TKO has a 30 day return policy that isn't evident on their invoice or receipt I was given and they refuse to take the part back. Worst customer service I have dealt with. Don't expect any kindness here. Be AWARE

The best place for traditional to ultra-contemporary bathroom and kitchen fixtures and installations. Their displays are absolutely "over the top."

The associates at TKO are always helpful and responsive. I can always rely of them for thorough information and reasonable cost for all their products they sell and stand behind. I look forward to working with them again soon!

So unresponsive, can't even get a quote from them. They clearly do not care about customer service or sales which is crazy stupid!! We are going else where and quickly!!!

Tko associates interior design in the design district Their products can be obtained from other distributors in Dallas that a lot more customer service oriented and friendly I went direct to the manufacturer and got my problem solved immediately with a credit refund The owner of TKO. Stay clear of these guys! I built a custom home for some clients on a lake near Dallas. The architect had recommended them to our clients. When it came time for the delivery of the fixtures, we put them in a protected corner of the project. I did a quick visual inspection and inventory of the $24,000 delivery but unfortunately did not open the boxes. When our plumber came to install, we noticed one of the one-piece Toto toilets was broken. I called TKO and their reply was that I did not read the fine print and my 7 day inspection window has come and gone. They said they would be happy to order a new one for me at the full price of $900. I told them to ...... Our plumber got us a new one from his supplier for $600. Stay clear! Over priced and terrible customer service!
