I changed my brake pads and rotors here and for the past weeks I noticed it’s always been squeaking, and today I heard a grinding noise so I decided to take it to a different shop and turns out the guy who changed them at this place didn’t even replace my brake pads correctly because they were touching the rotors whenever I would break. Causing a grinding and squeaking noise. Never changing them here again. Price is somewhat okay but is it worth the risk? No.

I came to get an oil change yesterday and they were extremely busy so the guy told me to come back tomorrow at 8. I’m here it’s 8:10 and the shop is still closed. I was really counting on an oil change before work and now I just wasted my time rushing to be the first person for nothing. Not reliable.

Pull up and park somewhere. Go inside the office and talk to Omar. Tell him what you need and they'll take it from there. The best service in Dallas, period.

I just went up there and received an oil changed my car stopped and I have no oil. I called them and they kept me on hold until my phone died while I had to walk home. I called them from another phone and they did their best to try and cover it up by saying they can't do nothing and the mechanic told me I had a leak. Little did they know I was on the phone with someone while the mechanic was telling me it sounds good and run good. I asked them why they lying and they told me to don't come back so I cussed them out and had someone else call. Of course they going to make it like it's my fault. Then the mechanic called me talking about he can come check in the morning. I have to pay and get it towed today and I told the mechanic that you didn't tell me thar I had a leak he replied it don't matter if I told you or not. Yes it does because you and your owner are trying to cover the mistakes made.
