I tried to rent a Uhaul online but this location wasn't really renting them just keeping them on their lot so wasting our time. The balding guy had me go through the entire process just to tell me he had no key. He sent me on a wild goose chase calling store Mgr all along not intending to do business. I contacted U-Haul CS and the guy laughed when I told him they Uhaul may take his contract. I was trying to NICELY warn him but he got ugly fast telling me they're not going to do anything and I meant nothing.TIGERMART AnnArbor no longer has Uhauls in less than a week and I have $100 FROM TIGERMART via Uhaul for the trouble. They did this twice so see my first RECEIPT on TIGERMART $50 in bank.Uhaul corporate doesn't play.

Smells awful in this gas station. They were burning incense in the bathroom. Burn your incense at home and not in a public restroom. It was shoved into the metal handle bar just burning. There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

I like that this place is close and that the cashiers are friendly. What gets me are the small things that make me feel that as a customer I am not valued. For instance when there is a long line winding in the gas station, management tends to stand around looking at the customers instead of opening up another register and helping the customers speedily with there purchase. Another time I went to get coffee in the morning. All the sugar packets were hard. Someone spilled some type of liquid on them and instead of throwing them away they expected a customer to use them. Instead I bought a small bag of sugar and was question as to why i wouldn't use the sugar packets. How am i supposed to know what liquid fell on those packets? This would be a solid 4-5 star gas station if they learned to choose the customer first.
