I frequent this store regularly and know that all sales are final. However i recently yesterday 9/20/24 went and bought bed sheets that were labeled as FULL size and when i got home they both turned out to be twin size! I honestly am very upset as ive tried calling the store and no answer. I had to reach out to the one all the way in Denton and was told that i had to go and talk to management THERE in denton. I dont have a vehicle right now let alone to go all the way to denton to TRY and beg for at the very least a store credit.. (since i cant even find my receipt) .. this is ridiculous policy and it should definitely be changed as it was THEIR mistake and not mines. As i said This is absolutely ridiculous.. i dnt have the extra time or money to just spend on a stores mistake!

Used to always come to this thrift but I will no longer be returning. Horrible experience they act like a high end store the security guard is very rude, YANKING the shopping cart away from you at the register as you’re still paying. My sons foot was stuck in a cart and the sales associate couldn’t wait so she forced herself and her clothes liner in the way hurting my son. VERY RUDE staff never coming back.

Would give 0 stars if I could , ever since they changed the security guard it has not been the same , the new security guard is so rude ! Doesn’t even say excuse me . Just take the shopping cart away in such a rude way . Almost all the girl workers there are rude don’t even say excuse me and are always pushing the customers .

They usually have good items but way overpriced. They were selling used Puma shoes for $39.99, I looked up the retail price they were selling for $34.99 on the Puma website, what a scam.

A little chaotic, more so their playlist lol. No joke, it's 90's electric house, then country, then musical theater. It'll give you whiplash, but YES their dressing rooms are open !!
