We hired the Window Connection to do a bay window replacement, getting rid of very old simple panes of glass with no frames in a non-symmetrical build. They installed extremely nice full frames bay windows that are way way more structurally sound and sound/temperature proof. Most impressively, they managed to do it without affecting any interior trim despite the windows being so different from the originals. They also made some structural improvements to the exterior to prevent water soaking into the structure as was happening before.I’m so happy with the work they did, and will hopefully go with them again when I do an addition the house.

We had The Window Connection (Dave Traynor) replace all the windows in our 30-year old house with North Texas windows. The installation was done to a high standard, and the windows work very well. We no longer have drafts in the house. The windows look so good that we took down the curtains that were hiding them in the living and dining rooms. We should have done it a long time before we did! I highly recommend Dave and Window Connection.

David and his crew replaced all of the windows in my home in 2021. I thank Dave and his sons every time I open a window or see my lower electricity bill. The experience was all very positive - price, professionalism, quality of product and quality in installation. I refer him to anyone looking to replace windows.

We couldn't be happier with our windows and the professional installers at The Window Connection! Dave and his crew measured our windows, sent us a quote, and then we decided on a date to start. They started on time and finished just as they predicted. When the work was finished, there were no surprises on price, what we were quoted is what we paid. Our house is almost 40 years old and has shifted quite a bit over the years. One very large window in particular had become crooked over the years and developed a gap between it and the wall. This could've caused a problem for any other window installation company, but Dave and his crew installed the new window seamlessly and afterward, no one could even tell that there had been such an eyesore in that place before. If you want quality windows installed by professionals, The Window Connection is the place for you!

Spoke to the gentleman on the phone from the number provided.Very nice man and honest as far as recommendation on my project. spoke to a few companies around but he was the first to give advice on this project and that's why i am reviewing his company.Not many people will do this so i do appreciate his valuable input!

Dave did a super job on our full view extra tall storm door. Framing is square (unlike others we have had) and he did a great job enlarging the threshold so we have a good seal at the bottom. Door swings and closes smoothly. Great job all around! Highly recommended!

This week as part of my kitchen remodel I had to change out a window as to compliment the new design. I knew who to call right away. Dave's professionalism is beyond reproach, his attention to detail was what made us decide to select him for our window project 10 years ago. We couldn't be happier with our choice of the Alside product line and his meticulous installation. We contacted Dave over a warranty issue for his guidance on what we needed to do to get a window repaired that lost it's seal after 10 years. Alside windows carry a lifetime warranty against seal failure. Dave said he would follow up with Alside to see where our warranty claim was in their process and keep us informed. I'm not sure he is obligated to do this as it is a product warranty and no reflection on the expert installation he provided. That is the type of man he is. I would recommend him for any window replacement need you may have and Alside is a great product. our replacement windows have performed well and still look great,.

David and his crew at The Window Connection replaced all the windows in our house. We did not experience any of the typical hard sales pitch or pressure common to this industry. David listened to us explain our specific needs then helped us look at various options for windows and discussed the pros and cons of each. We decided on the NT Window Energy Master Vinyl Replacement windows and were very happy with the pricing.Even with some weather issues, the installation was completed as promised. The crew removed the old windows and did a great job of cleanup. They even removed the blinds and re-installed them after the new windows were installed. We were impressed with the quality workmanship and the windows look wonderful.Since the installation, we have experienced several very strong thunderstorms and high winds and have had no issues at all. Dave and his son did a great professional job. They were very knowledgeable on the product they answered all our questions and treated our home as if it was theirs.Their workmanship was excellent. They were very careful of our belongings and cleaned up behind them. I had to crate my dogs when I was gone and they took my dogs out for exercise and potty break.They finished the job on time and after getting paid they came back to finish one last small thing.Our windows look beautiful. They were very personable and easy to be around.I enjoy the quietness and the money we are saving having these windows. I highly recommend the windows connection and Dave. We had a very good experience.

I would like to first say thank you to Dave and his team for the work they did. Sometimes as a home owner we forget how much labor is involved and every home is different. I would suggest that he communicates a few times a week once engaged so the home owner knows the project status. Overall I am happy with his work and would highly recommend The Window Connection.

What a great experience. We love our new windows and Dave Traynor and crew. It was a wonderful experience and it went without a hitch. The installation looks great and they cleaned up to where you would never know they had been here. I am really impressed that the owner of the company was here both days removing and installing the windows, I love the hands on from the boss. Dave took all the time in the world to explain the differences between the different windows and to make sure we purchased the correct ones for our home. I ordered 3 New Storm Doors from the Window Connection. Dave was a great help in assisting me for getting the right door. They took measurements right away. Then two young experienced gentlemen installed the doors on a Saturday which was very convenient for me. They were very knowledgeable, extremely neat, courteous, polite and very meticulous installing my new doors. The quality of the doors was incredible as compared to my old Home Depot Doors. I can't say enough great things about Dave and his company. He recently replaced 14 windows in our house. Dave brings a wealth of experience and wants to educate his customers about windows.
