I love living here! I never want to leave home! Jenny is the cream of the crop! Her service is impeccable. The views are amazing, I feel safe, everyone is friendly I have a 16 year old yorkie and he loves all the other dogs he sees on the daily. My daughter has a direct view of the W hotel from her bedroom she loves it. Me and my fiancé can walk have drinks and not worry about ride share problems or places to visit.

I had an exceptional experience with Zion, my leasing agent at The Victor. Zion provided a thorough and informative tour, with patience and friendliness throughout. Their competence was evident, making the entire leasing process a breeze. Highly recommend!

Hey management- stop deleting the negative reviews. I’ll keep posting it.Shame on youDon’t believe the hype. On the surface the place seems nice but dig a just a little bit and you discover it’s smoke and mirrors. Poor build quality, cheap appliances, thin walls… these are a few of the issues.Take a look at the 5 star reviews previous to this one, there are 10-15 all with a few days and before that there hadn’t been a review for months. Clearly they are incentivized reviews or simply illegitimate. Don’t be fooled. If a luxury building is truly worth the high price they shouldn’t need to fake 5 star reviews. It’s dishonest.Do you want to hear your neighbors screaming and hear little kids crying due to thin walls? Move here. Want to pay $3500+ for a 1 BR apartment that has a gym with broken ac for weeks during the hot summer? Move here.It’s hard to blame management for idiot neighbors who puke in the elevators and leave trash everywhere, but you can blame them for being cheap and not fixing things in a timely manner and not caring enough about you as a resident once you sign the lease.The valet team is great and the concierge team is great.But they now charge $30 every time you have a guest park when they visit you. I repeat, zero guest parking now which was a selling point when signing the lease. Bait and switch tactics.There are other options that offer better bang for the buck and a more pleasant living experience.Edit…. They are trying to remove this review like they do with other negative reviews…

I’v had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional valet service managed by Jacob at The Victor since 2021, and I must say, it is truly a delightful experience. Jacob is not only efficient and professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. His warm demeanor and helpful nature makes the entire parking process a breeze. I highly recommend The Victor's valet service, thanks to Jacob's wonderful management.

Each time we schedule a client tour the Victor Team goes above and beyond. Upon arrival we are welcomed by valet. The Victor provides a inviting atmosphere as if the location, views and amenities weren’t enough. Our tours were led by Zion who was very professional, knowledgeable and committed to providing an exceptional experience. By far & away, the best apartment living experience I have ever had! Everything about the Victor was done with quality - from amenities to the on-site staff, the Victor has done it all right!Plus - they take feedback & suggestions into serious account which was a quality you don't find at most Dallas apartments. 10/10 would recommend

I have enjoyed living at the Victor for 2 years. The property is like a hotel and everyone including the neighbors are professional. Noor was our go to girl and she always was there for us and valet are great! Looking forward to renewing for another year!

These are my honest opinions after 18 months as a resident. The valet parking only situation and difficulties entering and exiting the driveway would be my primary complaint. Also, when working, the elevators are efficient, however there are often elevator issues. The no aggressive dog policy is not enforced in any manner. The lighting in the elevators is harsh and unwelcoming. Staff is overall polite but usually positions seem understaffed. The overall experience does not line up with my expectations of a high-end product and price point.

Have lived at the Victor for almost a year now & it has hands down been the best living experience. The entire staff is extremely friendly & helpful! Lena helped me find exactly what I was looking for & was quick to respond when I had questions. When it comes to the amenities, you can’t find anything like them in Dallas. Everything is top notch & thought out with the residents in mind.

I moved to the Victor 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier. The neighborhood is great for walks, walking your dog, or grabbing coffee nearby. What has impressed me the most is the staff. EVERYONE is amazing and has been extremely responsive to any needs. If you're considering this complex I highly recommend it.

I lived at the victor for 2+ years and it's hands down one of the best luxury apartment buildings in Dallas. The amenities are top notch, location is great, and the staff are all amazing. They really go above and beyond for the residents. I'm sad I had to move.

I’ve lived in a few different high rises in my time in dallas but the Victor has definitely topped it for me in terms of service, luxury, and cleanliness.I always have a positive experience with the leasing office staff, concierge and Dion in Valet is the best! I always recommend friends and family to live here too.

Although I haven’t officially moved into the community, I have already had such an amazing experience applying, meeting the leasing staff, and throughout my tour of the community and property. I can say with out reserve, that this will be one of the most fulfilling living experiences I’ve ever had, so I’m excited to be moving into such a prestigious community!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Victor because of the accommodations themselves but also the staff and amenities are unmatched! Specifically I am really thankful for the pool and our gym. I consistently use the gym facilities and Shan Jaffri has been an amazing partner in taking any recommendations for improvements. I couldn't recommend this place more!

One of the nicest places I’ve ever lived in. Rooftop pool, incredible views from my condo! Floor to ceiling windows. High ceilings in my unit, the biggest balcony I’ve ever had. Couldn’t be in a better location, walking distance to a variety of dining, Starbucks, museums, nightlife and of course American Airlines center. Don’t worry about traffic during events, there’s a special street in the back that leads directly onto the toll road and other highways.Management is truly superb, if I ever need anything there’s always someone there. Always respond immediately, any maintenance issue gets taken care of same day. I’m so spoiled here, the 24hr concierge service is so nice for anything I need, never a stolen package, security, valet for your guests. No need for gym membership anymore their gym is really nice. Clubhouse and game room is perf for entertaining company. There’s several expresso and Nespresso machines, some of them make lattes too. There’s an indoor dog park, so you don’t have to go far to take your puppy out, so nice especially for rainy days. I love it here <3!
