Why any of my african American women would shop from a outlet that portrays us on their ad with one of the most unattractive black females is beyond me. With all the beautiful black women out here they used the fattest one they could find.Ladies stop shopping at these retailers that disrespect us.

My experience working there VS shopping there. Yes good pricing if you look online and shop online. In store beware of the condition it’s in. Most items are over priced. Gold plated jewelry and costume jewelry are sold in store, stay away from that. Shoes are good and most of the time new. It was not a pleasant experience working there, I didn’t feel valued or respected. My advice would be shop online and only buy items if it’s new, and Reasonable market, price, and value. There are many resale shops that will pay you more for your items and cash on the spot. Google, resale and pawnshops near me.

On 7/22/23, I purchased the RealReal. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive 2 out of the four items that I ordered. I never received my refund for the order, which included theGivenchy Leather SandalsMarc Jacobs ToteYellow LeatherI never received the items, although UPS Indicated the items were delivered. I requested the refund from Ups and was told a refund was used for the RealReal on August 8, 2023. I contacted customer service on August 18, 2023, for the status of my credit and was told you would be in touch. To date, no refund has been issued and I was told I should have contacted them again on a refund UPS sent to them on my behalf. I was told to dispute with my bank. I will not use this site again!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I dropped my items 2 months ago, I haven't had any response, estimate or anything, my items are not showing on the page.I requested a return, and nobody knows where my items are, if the return was processed or how long is gonna take to get my items back. They don't know anythingI've been talking with more than 3 concierge and I still don't get a response regarding my items.

I purchased a pair of uggs in October..Never wore them till the 1st of January..Wore them one time.... And the soles were coming apart.I contacted the company and they would not do anything to help me..No returns after 14 days well I didn't wear them within the first 14 days for that to happen so how would I know to return them....And they told me I could consign them...Who in their right mind would buy a pair of expensive uggs with the soles coming off.All I got was automated chat..Not one concern..Oh well live and learn.

After finding no way to get a estimate online and giving up a great rep texted me and went over my items with saying they would be something the store would want and gave me a store contact to e-mail pictures to and get a quote. A week later the store never replied and I reached back out, she apologized and said she would follow up with the store. No reply from the store still, then a random text (not a response to my e-mail) asking me what I needed and to send over all the info I already. By then I had sold elsewhere and let her know. Very flippant and almost rude response. Maybe follow through with customers if you want to complete a transaction?

Felt like a celebrity, "everyone" was watching my every move! Except no one greeted me upon entrance, as I observed them doing so to folks entering after me ?. The store is small and quaint, limited items as expected. I honestly don't see a reason to go back here again.

Total scam! Bought a Christy Dawn dress and its condition was marked as excellent. Upon getting the dress I found a hole that wasn’t disclosedThey not only charged me shipping, they relisted the dress in the exact same condition even though I wrote and detailed where the hole isThis company is is pack of liars just scamming people

Horrible customer service experience. They take forever to respond and by the time they do you can’t return your item bc you have 14 days from the day you ordered your item. They agreed to give me a credit instead of CC return, which I was fine with. However, when I went to return it at the Dallas store I got turned around bc I don’t have a “RMA” number, something they have to send you in order to return it( customer service girl never mentioned that).The girls at the Dallas store were very short with me and offered zero help.

“Authenticated” is a joke at best. Sure the brand was accurate but the condition was way off. Dress arrive musty with food suck to the fabric. Stains weren’t disclosed either. For the price they charge (which, for Christy Dawn dresses is often higher than new) it’s a total scam. Poshmark is way better

I (gave) 4 different designer bags to this joke of a company. One of my Balenciaga bags has been missing for 6 months. They haven’t been able to return it or list it. At this point I want compensation for my bag. Don’t consign with this company. You can easily sell your quality items for much more to individuals.

Extremely hefty commission. Much better off holding on to the item or a different reseller. Brought in about $3000+ worth of items, one of them being a YSL purse WITH TAGS, and several clothing items. Received $1800 an entire month after the items were sold.

The staff is sooo so nice. Products are nice and priced fairly. I was impressed by the selection and how welcoming everyone was.
