I'd love to patronize this business, however, like many others who have left reviews here, I found the business closed during business hours. Why purchase a STORE HOURS sign if the printed hours mean nothing? That is unprofessional. Perhaps the owner should invest in a HELP WANTED sign.

I am a huge fan of The Plant Project! The store is so beautiful on the outside and inside, and the variety of plants is truly amazing. Bree and the staff is so knowledgable about plants and always super helpful. I feel confident trusting them with all of my plant needs.

The Plant Project is a must-see when visiting Dallas! This plant shop's design is enchanting and full of smooth jazz ambience. The staff was quite friendly and surprisingly sociable for such a calm and serene place. A young woman assisted me throughout the shop to help me locate the perfect plant baby to add to my home office. The uncomplaining customer service, as well as the in-depth knowledge about the plethora of plant varieties, was very comforting to say the least! Not only was she very assistive, she made sure I felt comfortable with my choice of plants and gave me adequate instructions to care for them. I came in search of a single plant and left with several plant babies and a newfound intelligence in plant care. I will definitely be visiting this shop again soon!

If you are new to houseplants or are passionate about them, please visit the Plant Project!! The owner is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory and how to care for each plant. You can feel the love and passion when you walk into the beautiful and restored house. They even carried my plant to my car and offered me a complementary drink :’)Can’t wait to come back for my next plant! Thanks again for the wonderful customer service and good vibes!

EVERY TIME I attend a Plant Project event hosted by Bree, it’s been a positive vibe with the opportunity to meet great people, and just an overall amazing WOW FACTOR! If you LOVE plants or just starting out in your journey as a plant parent, this is the place to be! There’s always a great variety of plants to select from, and lots of plant care support from Bree and Carlos.

Came here to purchase plants for my home and was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived only the front and middle rooms were available to view at the time. There were still plenty options to choose from. The customer service was amazing and the young lady (didn't get her name) was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me direction on plants for a partial plant newbie. I ended up purchasing a Snake Plant, Pink Syngonium, Neon Potho, and beautiful base for the Pink Syngonium. I already have a Snake Plant at home so these new plants is a great addition! The pricing was fair and I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend visiting this quaint spot and making a purchase.
