This mall is expensive, brand name stores looked bigger but they are not that big, ample and free parking, you can have lunch on site at a pretty good price

Don’t ever try to bother calling the store. Employees stand around talking while the phone is ringing. Just for fun I was actually in the store and I called the store and nobody answered the phone. I tried to call at four times nobody even moved. I could hear it ringing I know it was ringing because I was on my phone. But they were too busy catching up on their social lives.

I'm a fan of the brand and I was disappointed with this store, I drove 2 hours and there was nothing new, just an old collection and a price not compatible with the product

When to buy a coat for my wife revived the worst customer service from the Hispanic female cashier I ask her a question and she ignored me once I got her attention she spoke to me with a very rude tone I ask if the size I was looking for was available, this happened on Tuesday 1/29/2024 around 530pm, I will never again visit this shop I took my business somewhere else

Amazing store! The employees were so incredibly helpful in showing me products suited to my needs and giving me information on deals and products in general-- shoutout to Ramón for patiently showing me an array of jacket options (for over an hour and a half!) and Brent for seamlessly dealing with an unexpected technology issue. Absolutely loved the customer service!

The customer service at this location is just absolutely incredible! They go over and beyond, especially Naveen. After I needed to return a pair of Vectiv shoes because they were hurting my feet, she was professional yet personable when trying to help with my search to find an alternative. Her responses and feedback were precise and she listened to what my needs were and how to address them. In the end, each shoe she had helped me with did not fit correctly, so I ended up walking out with just a hat, but also with a smile on my face. Naveen definitely is an asset to The North Face team and I hope she is recognized by her superiors!

Both of my visits to this store were very pleasant. The staff is very patient, knowledgeable & goes out of their way to offer assistance. The second time I was in the store which was today! Two gentlemen were standing at the front both of them had big smiles on their faces, were attentive & at the same time said welcome in! The young man who helped me both times in the store is Samuel, very kind, patient, smiling, welcoming & understanding!Thank You for your kindness Samuel! I pray you increase in favor & excel in life! Experience & encounter the living God daily! AMEN.A suggestion for the store would be better lighting, more lights all around especially in the fitting rooms area. Also, a large north face rug at the entrance would make the store entrance look less bare.

My husband and I went in to buy ski stuff. Ramon helped us and honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a brick and mortar store. Everyone else was helpful as well, especially considering the holiday traffic!

Very helpful employees and great selection. If they don’t have it you can order it. I was picking up an order and it was very quick. Didn’t like that it was in a mall, so you had to find it, but they can’t help that.

I'm getting ready to go to CO and I bought 3 boots online that didn't fit. I didn't want to return by mail in case they got lost during shipping. It was $450 and I felt better if I took them into the store to do a return. They took my shoes and mailed them back for a return. They did not credit or refund my account in the store. So useless!! Why would I drive out of my way to have them send it in on my behalf???? So now I have to wait 3-5 days (maybe if what they say is true) to see the credit in my account. On top of it I bought an expensive jacket in the store and it's not showing up on my order history so I'm not sure if I got Northface points for it.

saw many associates, many walked past my son and I, not a single person stopped to ask if we needed help. my son was trying jackets on and ended up buying one. I hope yall work with some sort of commission cuz you missed out
