I ordered from Darren and asked me what time would be convenient to deliver . He gaveme morning. I waited all day until 5:30pm and still no delivery. Resolution ….pay me for my days work I missed or cancel the order. I am pissed. I do not need a washer and dryer that bad. Thank goodness mine still work.

My name is actually Kevin McGuyer. Name is different on email to avoid spamming. Anyway, I tried to give a local business my purchase instead of going to the big box stores thinking that it would benefit everyone. Well after waiting a week and coordinating on the ONLY day available for a long while, The Jarrell company's delivery men decide on their own to cancel my delivery due to a small dent in the BACK of the refrigerator which if I had been contacted I would have told them to bring the fridge, no big deal on the small dent. This caused a delay and made it impossible to keep the desperately needed refrigerator I purchased from North Texas Appliance. After losing the sum of 1000.00 in lost wages from my wife and I for taking off our jobs, I feel this review is a smaller price to pay by The Jarrell Company. On my way to the big box store, I NEED A REFRIGERATOR TODAY!!!!

Horrible customer service. I spent $4000 on a galley sink from them and I can’t get them to return my calls. My sink has been delivered to them for 2 weeks and they won’t call me back so I can pick it up. They said they will have to track it down it’s at the warehouse, which would not be an issue if they would return a call to schedule a pickup. I live 2 hours away and the sales people know this. When you call and talk to anyone other than the greeting lady they are rude and annoyed. The only reason they have 2 stars is for their selection and displays. I would simply suggest visiting their showroom to see what you like but when it comes to purchasing do it elsewhere or online (you can’t order galley online from the manufacturer but you kind find it elsewhere near this location). So when I finally got ahold of the saleswoman she admitted that everyone had been in communication except not with me. I told her I needed to pick up my sink and she said since it’s Saturday and at the warehouse it can’t be picked up. My cabinets are being delivered today that were custom made for this sink. She told me she could not have anyone meet me at the warehouse because, ‘ they have a business to run.’ She said she would however have no problem refunding me for a sink she originally told me would be in in under a week and I would be contacted….a sink that I had custom cabinets made for, I was not contacted once! When I pay $4000 for a sink and $2000 for a toilet I expect the service to match the price tag and it doesn’t come close here. After I made it clear I wasn’t leaving without my sink she contacted a delivery driver to meet me at the location. She let me know by text.

We have used other appliance dealers in Dallas- but we've decided Jarrell is always the best! We already liked Jarrell best due to some mildly negative experiences with 2 other dealers in Dallas. And since we've found Jarrell to always be best- i'm sure all their salespeople are great, but we have now worked with Taylor Wilson (she was Taylor Smith before getting married) on at least 3 separate occasions for different appliances & Taylor is the greatest!!! She is very friendly, extremely willing to help on ANYTHING, & very efficient in getting back with us on info. She also has endless patience with all issues involved in the sale (trust me- i know becuz we've had to dump lots of obstacles on her beyond control of any of us!?).So if you need any appliance- the smartest option is to see Taylor Wilson at The Jarrell Company on Fondren Dr on the east side of Hwy 75 in Dallas!!!?

We just purchased an entire appliance package for all of the appliances in our kitchen and laundry room from Brad. He understands communication and customer service. In addition, the installation crew they sent over were absolutely top-notch, ask for Travis and Phil! as a trio they make a great team and our tremendous asset to The Jerrell Company!

This company has horrible service after the sale. I have been trying to get someone to return my call and help me with defective products for 60 days. I even went to their office and the person that sold us our door knobs would not even see me. Very disappointing in every respect.

This company sent me a fake check in the amount of$7000 on an investment with one of their employees.I deposited it in MY account and the bank returned it due to it being suspicious activity and labeled the check as fictitious/fake!This action by this company cost me my bank account!I still have the check,if anyone wants to view it!Be VERY CAREFUL,IF YOU RECEIVE ANY CHECK FROM THEM!!!!THAT IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES!

I felt bad that they require the staff to wear the masks regardless of whether or not they have been vaccinated or have gotten over the virus. It is purely political as well as a worry about liability from the attorneys. The staff is qualified and they have a great selection. From the time we ordered and paid it will be 5 weeks before we get our plumbing fixtures...and we ordered the ones that didn't have the long wait.

Large selection of bathroom fixtures, faucets, and stoves and refrigerators. Only 6 kitchen sinks and basically the same style. I assume that we looked like we didn't have money because no one even asked if we needed any help at all. Doing an entire kitchen remodel. Poor choice.

Morris Wells did an amazing job getting us a matching refrigerator for our new home at a great value. The day prior to move in when the box box store failed us on the washer and dryer delivery, he found us a set and saved us 450 compared to the big box store. Will use again and again for every appliance need I have
