The staff is incredibly rudeNot a single word was said our entire time we were in the store except when I asked if they did military discount then the employee took 10 min to look at ID I’m assuming to make sure it wasn’t fake but I have no idea what he was looking for.. but other than rude staff that makes you feel like they would rather you not be there the inventory is great we got all the star’s gear we wanted

Rude Rude Rude - I’m sure applying lip balm for the 100th time today was way more important for the young sales lady with pink stripes to do instead of completing my transaction, but call me old school if I think that’s rude. On our way to the game we stopped in for a cap. I took the cap to the cashier where she was applying lip balm - I asked for a bag and she rolled her eyes and threw the bag on the counter. Just rude!

I wish I could give zero stars. Extremely unhelpful to rude staff. One of the women at the counter actually began using nail clippers at the register while she was checking us out, it was disgusting. I've never ever encountered behavior like that before.

Very rude employees not doing their jobs correctly. They’re supposed to tell you if the items you’re buying are returnable or exchangeable before paying for them. Every single clothing store tells you what their refund policies are. Imagine being rude to customers for wanting to exchange your item literally a day after? Buying clothes from them is like buying a car. You’ll have to think twice and three times about it before purchasing from their sales section

I would give 1/2 star if I can. The worst team ever. The employees are so mean and they refuse to help customers. Also they don’t explain the policy when purchasing something on sale but when you want to return it they refuse and behave so mean.

Racist, rude, and unprofessional staff. They were very rude from the very start and when I told them they were rude, they denied me a purchase and asked me to leave. When I asked for corporate’s number they just said “no”. This isn’t the first review of the staff being racist. I will be contacting corporate on this incident.

Being in Dallas for a business trip and had to come and checkout the stadium and pop into the fan shop. The staff were really helpful and kind.If you need any help with places to visit, eat or shop the staff have a nice list of places. Just ask.

Thank you so much to Wendy for assisting me with getting a Victor E Green plush. Today has been one of the hardest days of my life and I needed anything to comfort me, for some reason this plush was something that put a smile on my face. She went out of her way to find one for me and couldn’t have been kinder. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need.
