After having the loveliest of bike rides up and down the Katy Trail, I found myself in front of Flamingo Liquor. All I wanted was a vape, and all I did was ask JAY if I could bring my bike in, leaving it at the door of course, as I would have just been a minute picking out a vape. JAY was VERY SLOW to seem interested, let alone eager, to help The Only customer in the store. It was difficult to get product knowledge and item pricings from JAY, so I had to pursue with extra kindness on my behalf in order to make an informed purchase. Upon check out, after asking sincerely how JAY's day went, I even apologized for being short of breath when asking if I could bring my bike in. "I get jazzed up after a bike ride, my bad."(with a big smile on my face) to which she replied "yea I can tell." After paying for the vape she called me stupid and believe it or not ugly. I'm writing this just minutes after the purchase, outside the store, and she called the police saying that I was loitering. JAY said that she charged me more than what the vape actually sells for and kept the difference. The grand finale was her offering me her home address so I could go and we could "settle this outside".... Yikes. And woof, I did say something kinda mean here "hood rat"... that's what I think of when people resort to fist fighting. BUT THE ENCORE was her saying "I'm not a hood rat, I'm a country rat. And we use guns." GUNS. GUN THREATS FROM JAY. wow.
