We were looking for an engagement ring center stone and we went to visit Ray (after an awful experience elsewhere).Not only did he have a nice selection of diamonds within our budget, but he was extremely helpful and easy to work with. His prices were great and we found exactly what we were looking for! Ray was patient, courteous and respectful to my son who was making his first diamond purchase. My Husband planned a surprise appointment with Ray for an upgrade on my engagement ring. He wanted me to experience ring shopping from a different perspective compared to shopping at big name jewelry stores. I am very glad my husband took me to go see what Ray had to offer. I was able to choose my dream engagement ring that beat any deal at your typical jewelry stores on price and size of stone. This is all to say that Ray is the best Diamond Broker in all of DFW. We were helping our son find an engagement ring and the typical mall jewelry store was a bit overwhelming (both in experience and price). We shopped a small, local jeweler who had nice settings, but not much selection in terms of the center stone.We found The Diamond Broker, and Ray was super laid back, patient and informative. He also had a wider selection of center stones that fell within our son's price range. Some were better color, or better quality, or better cut. The options were great to have. Ray told him one of the stones would likely stand out more to him, and one did. The Diamond Broker didn't have as wide of a selection of settings, but he had a few options of the type of setting he wanted.Before meeting Ray, our son was overwhelmed and intimidated about finding the perfect ring. Ray made it easy and worry free. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.SHE LOVED WHAT HE GOT HER!I would recommend The Diamond Broker to anyone.
