Hello,
I just moved in & I only been here for only a month. A month when I first arrived there was no customer experience or sympathy due to staff miscommunication of what was told from my brother & I. I was immediately informed by Chelsea the assistance due to my frustration that if I have a problem I should cancel my least, which I should have taken that as a sign & cancel it smh. It’s dirty here & far from luxury living. We are having a RAT infestation & remember I just been here a month. The hallways are dirty & there is definitely no upkeep. I have yet to see a power wash happening. It’s not a gated community & the gates have yet worked so it’s open to the public when homeless people come in & sleep on the steps. Please believe these reviews & run away from this place & Don’t move here!!! Find something way better

I can notice the beautiful changes that have taken place in The Callie Apartments from all aspects, especially the cleanliness and the quick response to maintenance issues or any malfunctions. I would like to thank the maintenance team and the maintenance supervisor (Mo) for their tremendous efforts in ensuring our comfort."

Honestly don’t even move here. It’s not safe the gates are always broken. The knob to get into my building has been broken all week. The gate doesn’t work anyway. You pull on the gates and they open. No code or fob needed. I told maintenance he said “he’ll let them know” WHO IS THEM??! You’re maintenance like tf?? Homeless ppl are sleeping in stairwells and trash room. Nobody does anything around here! Amenity bathrooms look like meth labs they are so filthy and dirty. These use to be nice but they can’t ever keep decent staff to keep up the property. I just wouldn’t recommend these at all. It’s just frustrating when you’re paying so much in rent and you have to deal with the other stuff like why is the knob broken on the gate ?? It’s small things that create bigger issues and it’s like they don’t care pay rent and deal with the homeless ppl sleeping for free cause they cant keep simple things up to date like gates. It’s just not fair

This place is gross, but cheap. You get what you pay for, we have been asking for maintenance on our water dispenser since we moved in, in March and still have water that tastes like carrots or plastic, I don't know. They replaced the filter, still taste bad. We bought our own filter and replaced it again along with a water tester and the reading is slightly above acceptable to be drinking water. We put in another request, they came buy to replace the filter in the refrigerator which is what they did the first time and did nothing. We were then advised to buy an inline water filter, with our own money and they would install it. Bought the inline water filter, put in a request, now we need some three way adapter, funny how that wasn't mentioned when we were told to buy the inline filter in the first place. Can't reach maintenance or office to get some guidance on what I need to buy now to get drinkable water. Extremely frustrating. The garbage disposal was gross when we moved in, I had to attempt to deep clean it, it still smells funny. I also had a request to get our living room ceiling fan fixed, they fixed it, but now we can't turn the light on in there. :) Maintenance will also come in while you're sleeping, freaked me tf out. The property always smells like garbage, I gag walking to and from my car because of the dog restroom area, it smells SOOO bad. They sent out a notification that they were going to power wash the property, there are still mysterious stains everywhere. I've gotten two packages stolen, there are no package lockers you have to use a service where it goes to a warehouse, then you have to schedule a drop off time. So my one-day amazon package in now a few days. The gym is gross and hot af, which can't be great for hygiene. The pool is clean, sometimes, I dont' trust it after seeing a diaper floating in there and not being able to see the bottom of the pool. None of the gates work, and there are a lot of people roaming around the gates, saw one man right by the gate talking to a tree, not his fault, but still concerning. However, if you just need a place where you run into and out of your apartment and no amenities, including descent drinking water and basic safety, give it a shot.

My roomie and I signed on a 12 month lease when Tyler was active as a leasing agent. We were on the 4th floor. Never had issues with pests, noise or safety - including us and/or cars. The whole community was amazing. Rates are so affordable for the beautiful floor plans, interiors, and amenities. Best closet space, living and bedroom square footage, open kitchen with island and in unit W&D! The only “issue” we noticed was very limited times when management would forget to send a PSA email for maintenance coming by for check ups, which would lead us to rescheduling their visit since we weren’t prepared. Overall, the community is clean with them providing valet trash, apt complex is as quiet as it can be being right off the highway. Would love to stay here forever but sadly the location doesn’t serve me anymore. Thank you for everything , Callie!!! I’ll gladly send all my apt locators and renters your way!

Visiting a friend to hang out at the pool. The bathrooms are an absolute toxic waste center. Blood, feces, hair, and bugs infested both the men’s and women’s bathrooms. This is absolutely disgusting and appalling. Management needs to handle these biohazards. Imagine what the rest of the complex looks like if they’re okay with taking prospective tenants on tours and this is what it looks like.

Thanks so much to Chelsea, Logan and the rest of the team at The Callie! They were so patient with my client and got him approved and moved in very quickly! Looking forward to bringing more clients here in the future!!

The pool isn’t cleaned regularly. The gates hardly ever work. At least one elevator is always down. Roaches. Management is very low end of market. When I moved in the fridge wasn’t cleaned or plugged in so when I opened it the whole apt smelled like old raw chicken. Bodily fluid is where I draw the line. Oh and there was the time I saw mice on the way to the trash shoot. Roaches. Roaches. Spiders. Roaches.
One review has pictures of the pool bathrooms— I 100% believe it. And that’s really disgusting and disheartening. But there’s amenity fees? Pest control fees? Make that make sense.

Edit: soooo many bugs. Spiders. Roaches. I know this is Texas but we pay a pest control fee monthly. The only thing it seems to be keeping away is management from walking the grounds and keeping this place clean.
Not only has my AC been out for WEEKS, IN JUNE (the unit they put in doesn’t cool the whole apt) edit 2– the AC was fixed a month later. No exaggeration.
Currently there’s a fire alarm going off that has been going off FOR HOURS.
Vomit, blood, dog poop? Still there. Gates? Still not working. The manager told me to file a claim with my insurance to get a hotel while the AC was out— assuming it was going to be a couple days.
Just don’t. I woke up to a roach crawling on my face. I walk out my front door into spider webs almost daily. If you’re thinking about it— don’t. At this point we really need corporate and whatever company is insuring this place and whatever bank holds the loan to walk these halls and see what management is NOT handling.

I called at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday morning to get some information for leasing an apartment. The leasing agent told me that she would send it "now", but of course, I never received it. I called back again at 12:30 p.m. and she told me that she got busy. She stated that the information was on her screen and that she was sending it now. She stated that I should receive it in the next minute. I again did not receive it. I called again at 3:30 p.m. and no answer. The agent never called me back or followed up. The owners need to know that the Customer Service was a Complete Failure.
UPDATE: What mix up? The fact that I have to call you yet again for the 7th time and you NEVER pick up is a Mix Up? The fact that your CS is horrible is a mix up? There is NO MIX UP FROM MY POINT OF VIEW AS A CUSTOMER. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I needed an air filter replacement and maintenance was out of office on Saturday so Alexandria came and swapped mine out, so I had it before Monday. Going the extra mile goes such a long way and this was so appreciated.
