we are suppose to be gated but the gate doesn't work , we have people who do drugs running in and out doing drugs on stairways ! i thought we had security and they not much of help !! they wanna say they do exterminations every monday & don't . they say they will come fix things and they will NOT ! now for the prices cool . but its sum fishy going on , i dont know who owns these but they could do way better , ive came into the front office and see them just parlaying , real unprofessional , like its not a business the pool is green and disgusting you can swim in it because majority of the residents arent letting them finish cleaning it they wait until staff leave and now its green filthyyyy !! its trash everywhere . not safe feeling , not clean , they will mow the yard but thats it . but just come here on a random day and youll see for yourself ! if you desperate i suppose this the place ! but if you can look elsewhere i would !

Ever want to pay for parking when visiting someone, even if you're only there for a few hours? Look no further! They have an online system to cater to your needs, and their money starved desires. Pay no mind to the 4/5 empty parking lot of guest spaces. They will send towers at random, be alert! Texas law says, even if they make it to the point where your vehicle 100% loaded on truck, they have to release it if you stop them *they can charge the full towing fee on the spot in the most extreme case, or $50, or $5, or zero if they are just starting the process. Be polite and go after the complex owners who called and expose the nature of the relationship from there. Lol

I would never go back to this apartment even for FREE. It’s been one year since I moved from this place and I’m VERY glad that I did. Back then, everything about it was poorly BAD. I stayed here for only a year but felt like 10 years, for how terrible the place was. A lot of cockroaches (terrible paste control), unreliable and non responsive maintenance services, rude and mean administrators, poor security (thieves broke into my apartment and stole some of my valuable properties and the lease office did absolutely nothing to help me) and so many other bad things in here. I would never recommend anyone to rent here!

First off the security here is immature and to make it better the number the office gives is a number to a resident who have been asking to remove her number. Let me not say everything right now. They seem ok so far but not as much. Now it seems I have to still wait the weekend on something that shouldn't have been done.

Came in because I may be in the market looking to rent. I came in and the was gentlemen that greeted me. I believe he said he was the property manager, I think his name was Marco … don’t hold me to that. Anyways, great experience he took me on a tour of the grounds and made me feel welcome even though this was the first time ever looking for an apartment. I have had a few experiences out side of this apartment community but they all left a bad taste in my mouth and made second guess wanting to rent an apartment over renting a house. That said not here, felt like I mattered. Not ready to pull the trigger yet but, so far, I would rent here.

"The staff members are very nice and welcoming and units are personalized to each clients residency." It's very family friendly,local shopping centers are close by and it's easy commutes from home,work or school zones..

The place is very bad, they are not attentive, I lived there for 1 year and it was the worst experience, our apartment was robbed and the security did not give us a security solution, we had to live the rest of the months in fear, I do not recommend it at all.

Management is awesome, I moved here from their property in Arlington because its closer to my job and cant beat the price. The manager Marco is super nice and professional, cindy in the office is super helpful and sweet. Stanley and everyone else are awesome. I met one of the security guys and they are super. 20 stars
