Love, love, love this floral boutique! We needed to send flowers to a client in the area and after researching online, The Botanical Mix's beautiful/easy to navigate website combined with their quick response to my email inquiring made the decision to choose them easy!Kyle went above and beyond to create an arrangement that was perfect for our client's Birthday while following our brand's aesthetic. Please check out a photo of the flowers that he designed - it is WOW x1,000!I highly recommend The Botanical Mix if you need to send flowers to someone in the Dallas area (you can EASILY reach them by phone or email - the correspondence is great!) or if are in the area and need a gift/pick me up for someone or yourself!

I was asked by a friend to stop by the market to check on some inventory of furniture for a home. I walked in with a badge from my old employer who was in decor, and no longer my employer. As I was walking I walked into Botanical Mix as I saw the creative work from outside the hallway. I stepped in and admired the work there but then the owner, I assume is Shane.: saw my badge and asked me to leave.. he began to rant about competitors. All I said was “what?” In a completely confused face and said “you truly have beautiful work” but he kept telling me to leave as I think he thought I was there to steal his ideas or something, which was never my intention at all. I even said to him “I’m not a florist” and he kept saying to leave and ranting.. I am no longer even in decor as I’m now in real estate and also help with designing homes. I even got the idea of being able to purchase for a home to be staged, but after that experience I will never return or even refer to them.My point is, no one should ever be treated this way. In this world, in this state of Texas.. in alone DFW, there is business for everyone. The store does have talented work, but with an owner of that attitude and most of all jealousy of work being “stolen” .. is completely ridiculous and most of all sad. I’m assuming he was threatened by the company I used to work for or something, but never was my intention to “steal ideas” and never in my life have I been treated that way. I would myself never treat anyone that way as I am in sales my self and have been in it for years. Customer service goes a long way.

What can I say about my son and his fabulous showroom ? No words are going to match how I truly feel about Shane and The Botanical Mix! He strives to do his best daily to make his business be the best! He searches for new beautiful designs and works of art to share with his clients! I love him with all my heart !

During a recent family vacation, we visited the showroom with our young daughter only to find a sign on the door that said “call for an appointment”. We tried calling twice and finally waived down a worker to ask how to schedule. She called Shane to the door and without even allowing us to say what we needed, he rudely (and inappropriately) pointed to the sign and said “can you read, call for an appointment” and slammed the door. I honestly have never been treated so poorly in my life. He was so unprofessional and I felt embarrassed for my daughter. We were in shock. Needless to say, we will buy our floral from another vendor.

Shane and his staff are incredibly talented and a pleasure to do business with. There is such a variety of beautiful arrangements in their showroom and they create exquisite large custom arrangements for parties, grand openings, and any occasion. I love visiting and seeing what new and antique vessels Shane has gotten in from small to jaw dropping huge one of a kind pieces! Some of my favorite pieces are their mixture of fresh flowers and greenery in with any of their arrangements. They are able to create stunning pieces using vessels, textiles etc. like I’ve never seen. LOVE.❤️

I thought I died and went to nature's heaven. Shane has the most amazing showroom at the Dallas market.. his inventory is extensive and his floral designs are a fantasy come true. What's in the air there! The designers and staff are so people friendly and welcoming. Shane is the face and personality of Botanica Mix. He lives life in the moment and makes you feel like he's known you forever. I love that place, it's my new happy. And the dog is adorable!

Shane and his staff are so incredibly talented! If you are looking for the best florals in town, Botanical Mix is the company to use! I’m a local Interior Designer in town and only use Shane for my floral arrangements whether fresh or faux! He also did all the florals for our daughters recent wedding and it was spectacular!!!
