I was in conversation with sales agent Mike regarding a vinyl product. He left and NO one picked up his phone for a full month. Then, Courtney turned his phone on and lone and behold, missed calls and msgs from me. He was taking over the search for me. He was on point for the first 48hrs and now (21 days) later MIA. I would be careful when using this company. They don't communicate and leave problems unsolved!

Don't buy from here unless you want to get robbed. I bought 6 buckets of dark walnut stain and out of the 6 only 2 were dark walnut. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until it was too late but even then it's they're mistaken not mine and they didn't want to take accountability for it. I tried reaching out to their boss and got no response. If you end up buying from here don't buy from Otilio he will mess up your order.
Don't buy from here, the only thing they're going to do is screw you. I bought 6 buckets of Dark walnut stain and of the 6 only 2 were Dark walnut. When I realized it was too late and they did not want to take responsibility. I tried to contact his boss and they didn't respond. And if you buy from here, don't buy from Otilio, the terrible thing he did to me.

Very bad customer service and the materials are also no good at all very cheap products they show me good quality products and I pay for it 1 day before picking up but when I picked them up and got home and see the wood it was full of holes they make me buy everything again and I lost all my money at boss

The Boss has been my loss, both times I've been there. The location in Dallas, and recently the location in Richland Hills. In Dallas 3 years ago I ask for 5/8" T1-111 siding, and when I got home to unload I got 3/8" Beadborad, and several of the sheets were damaged. They said I could exchange it, but I would have had to make the 90 mile round trip again. Recently I went to the one in Richland Hills
(not knowing it was a boss store), but since I drove all that way I went ahead and bought some more siding. I wanted the same stuff, 5/8" T1-11 siding. This time I had them take me back and let me look at it. They loaded it in my pickup, and when I got home to unload DANG, again they ripped me off. 10 sheets were 5/8", some severely damaged and 2 sheets were 3/8". This place sucks, and seem to do this on a regular basis.

Courtney was amazing. Not only did The Boss have the western red cedar we were looking for but at a much better price point than everyone else. I'm talking about over $1 cheaper just on pickets alone. Courtney made the entire process simple, was super communicative even following up after material was delivered to make sure everything was situated and had the warehouse guys wrap it all up due to rain in the forecast before we would get to start our fence. The rest of the crew was friendly didn't catch their names but will definitely be going back when I need more materials for our next projects.
