I've been here many times over many years. Seen some of the best shows here. The service is always great and the restrooms are always clean and well attended. Getting in is always easy and the staff is friendly and laid back.

Went to watch the Atarashi gakko concert, if you are upstairs or downstairs it really feels close to the artist you are seeing.

I'll never understand why people like this venue. It's standing room only. If you're not in the front of the line, you might as well stay home cuz unless you're 6ft or taller, you aren't going to see the band at all. (Balcony seats cost 3 times as much as GA).

Seemed well organized. Bathroom and bar lines moved fairly quickly. Drinks are little high but not too terrible, that's to be expected at this type of venue. No seating on the ground level.
