Horrible customer service , we had a set appointment for 9 men to get fitting and order. They were rude and had false information on their website that they can only take one person at a time every hour. Waste of our time and if you try to call the store direct no way getting through only can get someone that is far away and has no idea what happens in store. Save your time don’t go here.

Just want to let the manager know that several members of their staff, primarily the guy with the black bowl cut and cross tat behind his ear, are very loudly bashing them with customers in the building, where we can hear everything they're saying... Even walking in and out of the back while still talking trash, calling them a moron... Cussing up a storm... Just bizarrely unprofessional behavior from some of the staff here. It's a bummer, because the guy that helped us (shorter guy with long hair) was awesome and really took his time making sure the fit looked great. I will also say that the guy that helped us was not participating in the trash talking. Weird experience

They were really accommodating and helpful. They skipped lunch so they could fit me in on my day off. Also the tux was properly fitted with good options to choose from.

The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond to help their clients. Brian did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend coming here for all your formal attire needs!

These guys got me well-fitted! If you’re looking to outfit a wedding party, they’re amazing with helping members of the party across multiple states as well. Amazingly coordinated effort, which was really appreciated!

Overall, the experience was good but with bumps in the road along the way. Black Tux Customer Service is entirely online which was frustrating when I had issues and tried to come to the shop for support and they basically directed me to fill out a request online instead of helping me. The majority of my groomsmen had suits that fit, but we had some that took 3-4 attempts to get the right size. The suits were good quality but the overall service left something to be desired.

Came into Dallas from out of town for a wedding and had shipped my tux to Dallas. I tried it on and I had ordered the wrong size. I was in a bit of a panic with the wedding about 24 hours away. I went into the Dallas store and the associate there calmed me immediately and got me in the right size that day. They really saved me from my own mistake and I’ll look great for the wedding. Can’t recommend them enough.

Made an appointment for January 6th for noon for 5 people. Showed up on time was told that we didn’t have a reservation so we looked up my email address and found that I did have a reservation but was told that it was a “glitch in the system” and we can only book 4 people on one appointment. Even though we received email confirmation the appointment was booked successfully on our end. The guy who explained this to me acted like he was doing us a big service by offering to fit all of us in in between other appointments and during his lunch break, but that they were fully booked the rest of the day. Called Men’s Warehouse around the corner and they got all of us in no problem and received much better service and found the tux I was looking for. Don’t waste your time booking here.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER / wedding party. We booked a try on at the Dallas showroom for 12/23/23 TWO MONTHS in advance ! We showed proof of a appointment confirmation and appointment reminder and (Caden / Kaden ) was very rude and said he didn’t show us in the system and said we have to reschedule and they couldn’t fit us in at all. Not sure how true that was since it was empty in there but he was not apologetic and we noticed when men from another wedding party came in ( they were not black by the way ) he was very nice and customer service was different !!!!!! Horrible experience and very disappointed on how this was handled !

I will add more from our actual wedding next week)I have had a great experience with The Black Tux at their Dallas location (so far!). The studio itself has a relaxed but professional vibe and the staff made me feel comfortable and helped me with their extensive knowledge base. These guys know what they are doing and can help you (and me) who don’t necessarily know what we are doing!I made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. There were other people already being fitted and they still got to me before my actual appointment start time, which they didn’t have to do and on a Saturday no less.I was a little anxious going into a new experience at a new place. I knew what I wanted generally but I didn’t know the styles and what you can/should wear with the different styles of tuxedos. They DO know those things and were super helpful.The attitude was great - relaxed and helpful but professional while not being stuffy, nose in the air type environment you may have experienced with tux rentals before.Lastly, the time from tux fitting appointment to picking the tux up for my event is super super reasonable. The digital check-out system to confirm the items you want was easy to use and to follow along.This is my first time using The Black Tux and based off of my experience I would highly recommend them.
