I was there only one night. Either I missed it or it wasn't in the instructions of how the Resort works. I was meeting a friend at the resort and was told about the 3 sets of codes that I had to remember to get in. Because my friend went through the procedure and informed me, it was easy. Reminder to self...read the instructions. The rooms were elegant..my room was Paris and it seemed like I was in a European style room. Wonderful experience..would highly recommend the stay..esp if you are going to the zoo..

I booked this hotel for a work trip. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip last minute because of a literal hurricane. The storm is set to land in Houston the night before my trip (tonight) and then will track north along the 45 Highway, making my drive unsafe and impossible. The hotel refused to refund my booking, even though I offered to reschedule with them the following week and bring them future business from my company, which has several staff members who regularly travel from Houston and Dallas. Their complete lack of flexibility is bad business, and their lack of compassion/understanding for people sorting through natural disasters is gross. Do better.
The hotel originally responded to this review saying:
"Hi. First of all we are saddened to hear that your expectations were not met. You booked through a third party booking website ( Expedia). Any cancellation, last minute issues or emergency you have adhere by their policies and rules. I think it is very unfair to leave us a bad review when you never booked with us directly and You never stayed with us. Our goal is to only provide the best for our guests and we have and we always will. I would highly recommend that you contact your booking site and discuss the policies with them. Thank you again and we hope to host you soon ."
To clarify, I did contact my 3rd-party booking service, who said that they would be happy to refund me if the hotel would allow. They called you all, explained my circumstances, and you still would not budge. So then, I called personally to explain that there was a literal hurricane preventing my travel. I asked to speak to a manager repeatedly and was told no. I explained to hotel staff that I would reschedule this trip if they let me and was told no. This is YOUR policy, not expedia's.

A very nice boutique hotel with a beautiful pool. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Parking was secure and plentiful. And all access was passcode with no keys needed. The only problems were that the parking entrance is in the back and hard to find. And there is no shade at all at the pool. However, the rest more that made up for that, and I will return.

This place was amazing! Everything is contactless, so I received instructions to check in the morning of our first night stay. They provided all the details I would need as well as PIN codes for parking, the hotel itself, the pool, and for our room. It was all seamless and user friendly. We could hear staff in the back room during the day, so it was nice to know that if we did need help there was someone around. The room itself was lovely and had everything we could possibly need! The bed was comfortable, the shower was user friendly with a nice stream of water, the toiletries provided were of quality, and overall everything was great! The only issue I had was that the towels were a bit thin but we could live with it. All in all, this place was amazing and we would definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in the Dallas area!

A really great place to stay! Very nice rooms, everything was absolutely clean. We felt safe at all times. The tram with connections to the city center stops right in front of the door. There was a small pool and you could cook a steak on a grill! All in all very good!!!

I stayed here for about a week in February 2024. I took several walks to the Bishop Arts District which was a fun area with restaurants, stores and bars. There is another hotel called Bishop Arts right in the District but it would be louder there at night and I preferred the peace and quiet of the Bishop Arts by Bluelofts so it was the perfect location for me. Its also only a few minutes to downtown and the highway. My room was like a suite and I was able to work from the second room which was nice. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable. I did not go in the pool but I relaxed in the recliners by it. Its a beautiful pool area. Highly recommend this hotel!Rooms: I stayed in an African themed room. It was lovely and spaciousNearby activities: Shops, Restaurants, Coffeeshops, Bars, Downtown and ParksSafety: I felt safe and the gated parking is niceWalkability: I walked to Bishop Arts district and there are a few parks around as well.Noteworthy details: Great location

If you're looking for a unique experience in a hotel stay, this is it! I felt like I was staying in an art gallery. This place was very clean and quiet, and I felt safe here. It's nestled among a neighborhood of older homes and apartments. I wish I'd had time to explore the area, but maybe that can be an excuse to return sometime.Rooms: Very quiet and comfortable, although you can hear some sounds from guests in other rooms. They hold strict quiet hours and have rules against parties. My room came with a mini fridge and complimentary bottled water.Safety: The parking lot, building, rooms, and pool all require separate key code entries. There were also two types of deadbolts on the door to my room. These layers of security helped me feel really safe.
