I always have a great experience when shopping and asking for advice on cigar selections. I especially appreciate the Military discount. One suggestion: I would like to see a secondary membership level for those of us who live too far away to hang out and are frequent shoppers. Bob

The rudest most discourteous man & women running the store !!We walked Into the store to them shoving food into their mouths like the slobs they turned out to be ,no etiquette or decorum ,eating in front of customers is disgusting!!I can’t remember when last I was spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful manner with zero cigar etiquette on top of it all !!We sat in the pathetic excuse of a “member area “ completely unintentionally and we’re asked to get out but the rude women who from cigar selection to payment seemed to just want to get us out the store. I stood up to move to the even more pathetic “non member” At which point a super friendly “member” engaged me in a interesting and lengthy conversation he was still talking to me when the man ( not gentlemen for sure) came and said “you people need to get out of here “ !! Here being a totally empty store. The ”member” who was talking to me wasn’t even apologised to for being rudely Interupted ?? If that’s how you disrespect members I’m definitely out on a membership in this dump.On top of that the cigars were dry which means these so called efficinados are clueless about running a humidor.The low stocks and availability with dried out products show a badly run business possibly hemeridging cashflow I look forward to it declaring insolvency, so I can buy it and turn it into the cigar lounge venue it promises to be but can’t deliver on.If you had been bothered and asked if I wanted to be a member I probably would have joined but instead I’ll ensure that our high-end clientele are advised to avoid this dump at all costs.

Cool little cigar shop and lounge in upscale area. Small humidor but well chosen selection, the proprietors are clearly aficionados. Prices somewhat higher than some area lounges but reasonable given the location and ambience.
