Dont move here. RPM is taking over as new management. They are absolutely terrible from past experience. I moved from my last place to get away from that management. It's about to get real unsafe and sketchy here.

If I could give a ZERO star review I would. If you’re looking for an apartment look somewhere else. I moved here on August 5th to find out that the unit I leased was completely different than the unit that I was shown. Next the state of the unite… FILTHY, INFESTED WITH ROACHES, AND THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE NO HELP.Today I walked into the parking lot to find that my car was towed. Mind this, I paid a $65 application fee where I shared my car information. On that application I inputted my car model, year, license plate and more — when I brought this up to the office they were useless. Now I have to pay $200 to get my car back, lost a day pay since I had to call out, and now I regret living here.DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

you will regret living here. I thought that because it's so expensive it was going to be a good place but no, it's very unsafe almost someone took my girl because anyone can enter at any time. All your packages are stolen, All of your balcony, broke the glass of my car, it's noisy, shootings are heard at night, and all this in less than 1 year. I could continue with everything that has happened to me there. And in the office, if you say something, they respond very rudely and do not want to help you when you hand over the apartment, they just want to get the most money from you, saying that everything is ruined even though those apartments are already old.

*Leaving this review on behalf of someone that lives there because paying almost $2000 in rent and having to live in an apartment like this has to be some kind Of joke.* Roaches and ants everywhere, the neighbors leaving bags of trash out on non trash days just letting the bags pile up until someone comes to pick them up. The shower barely has hot water , doesn’t last for more than 10min ( even tho they have come to turn up the water heater over 4 times) the bath tub keeps pealing (they have come to fix it twice already). Oh and the ceiling fans fall from the ceiling! Literally if they hadn’t moved my infant she would’ve been hit by the fan that fell. And when they tried to talk to the office about all these issues so we could be moved units they said we would have to pay a $500 fee for “ending the lease early” plus a deposit on the new unit because everything wrong with the apartment is “fixable”. If it’s so fixable then why don’t the things stay resolved?

Do not move here. Roaches from day 1! The office is aware of the roach problem but will act oblivious. They keep changing office staff so no one knows what’s going on! Now they have started towing cars without verifying if they are a tenant or a visitor. They don’t care about their residents. We can’t move fast enough!

Nathaly and rosy where supper help full moving me in !!! was needing next day move in and they made it happen .not only that but came w a free air fryer cant thank them enough.brand new renovations looked amazing

I lived here for 2.5 years and thought it was fairly pleasant, the reason that I left and was frustrated for so long, was the office staff. Their customer service is garbage. There is little to no communication. I had questions that needed answering but 95% of the times that I called, no one answered. When i DID get an answer, I was told I’d be called back with the answer I to my questions. This didn’t usually didnt happen. Oh, and they have so many numbers you can call, none of which are truly reliable. I moved out in the beginning of January and no one helped clarify the move out process to me, despite me asking and going to the office to make sure I was fine. I just today, a month later, received a move out survey where I was asked if someone walked me through the move out process and i just had to laugh. Overall, the best thing of living there was the two men in charge of maintenance, they did supremely well. The worst, was the office staff. I still have no idea how my move out went or if I will get my deposit back or not, despite being told I would. It’s a mess and i wouldn’t recommend it.Update: i finally got someone on the phone and the call dropped. They didn’t bother to call back and now won’t answer AGAIN.

I applied at Alona Apartments I was denied due to not having no rental history. Application fee was $65. They withdrew out of my account $222. Admin fee was supposed to be waived now they don’t want to refund the difference of my money back because you’re saying it was for the admin fee. Do not give them your bank account information when applying online. I emailed them multiple times and they told me that they were going to refund or send me a check and I never received it. I’ve asked them for the corporate number to the company, and they refused to give it to me.

Great place to live, but very poor customer service. Every time I call or go to the office, for questions or help, the lady always has a rude attitude and demeanor.

Let me me start off by saying this. I first moved here like 4 years ago, and everything was fine until about 6 months ago. The neighbors are loud and noisy. There are a lot of college students that live here so it only makes sense why it’s loud. There is no where to park. And they are raising their pricing to 1,500 and it’s just not worth it. There are bugs everywhere, even in our clean apartment. We still manage to find roaches. I’ve found a lot and have asked them to come spray multiple times!!!! And no one came to help. I AM TIRED OF SEEING BUGS IN MY HOME !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THE BUGD ARE NOT WORTH IT AND THE LOUD CARELESS NEIGHBORS ARENT EITHER.

Things have improved since my last rating. I could honestly say the front office has been more helpful lately and I very much appreciate the service Yessenia , Helen and Emmanuel have provided. Therefore I admit I could give them a little more respect and props. Thank you guys again , Renewing my lease pretty soon!

If I could put zero stars I would. It’s been over a month that me and my husband applied and we just got a email saying not approved without any reason. When we went to the location the guy who “helped” us on the process said it might be because they put our application as if we’re applying individually and that it shouldn’t have been like that ( obviously they did a trash of work). He also said that if we didn’t get approved we were going to get our application money back. When we wanted to apply they would pick up all of our calls and now we can’t get a hold of them, the only time a lady picked up the phone said that they didn’t have any information on the system and that they were going call us back and they never did. Today I went to the location and I got the same information and they didn’t even let me go inside the office, Awful service.
