Terrible warehouse to download. They take around 5 hours. . They do not respect the drivers' schedule or appointments. Avoid coming here. They will be there all day.

0 costumer service appointments time only they don’t take you even 1 hr early no parking on the site and they will asked you to leave the property and back on appointment time there is no parking any way close to the costumer you and you have to park on the street somewhere.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wanted to get it set up to purchase large orders. Spoke to Derick, which rudely hung up on me and when I called back, he stated that he was busy and had too many customers in front of him. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I can't even get ahold of them to open a new account. Called, got transfered back and forth 3-4 times. Was finally told to send an email to Dallas office with all info for company to resale after 45 minutes of this. Did that a week ago. Still no contact. I can't imagine being a customer is any better. Worst service.In response to owner: not exactly sure what construction has to do with answering/checking emails and your sales and delivery departments passing me back and forth and cutting me off before I can explain why I'm calling. Hard pass on that.

Came across a car being sold by this dealership at an auction. Salvaged title being sold at auction with a Green Light Guarantee announcement, while the car has upper engine noise. Waste of time.
