Tracy did an amazing job for me in redoing some jewelry i had inherited. She was very patient going thru about 50 pieces with me. We decided on what to sell for gold value , what to consign for resale and what to remake into jewelry that was more my taste. She redid a pearl and sapphire bracelet into a set of ring, earring and necklace set for my twin girls and myself. I love them! She also redid a ring into a gorgeous opal drop for me. Tracy also fixed several pieces of jewelry for me and restrung some pearls. I will totally use Tracy again when I am ready to remake some more jewelry!

A friend of mine recommended Tracey at TeLayne to me. I have recently used her for several small repairs and several larger things. She was able to take my families old jewelry and recreate for me into wearable beautiful pieces that I can wear for ever and pass down. I would never had thought to do some things without her guidance, trust and patience. I have been to lots of different jewelers in Dallas throughout the years and she is by far the most fair pricing, patient, trustworthy and easy to work with. She has impeccable attention to detail and is always available to listen and work with new ideas. Her craftsmanship is spot on as well which is very important to me. My fiancee and I came to Tracy and her team looking to have custom wedding rings made that would match the twisted design of my fiancee's engagement ring, as well as incorporate some specific style elements that had important symbolic meaning for us. Tracy met with us soon after we contacted her and did a fantastic job understanding exactly what we were looking for. She came up with a design for our rings, which she not only showed us in 3-D image/video renderings, but she actually 3-D printed a plastic version of the rings so we could see them in person! They looked amazing and were exactly what we wanted. A couple of weeks later, we had our custom rings in hand! I was impressed by Tracy's ability to produce exactly what we wanted, do so much faster than I thought possible, and do so at what I considered a very reasonable cost given that these are one-of-a-kind custom designs that exactly hit on what we were looking for (maybe ~10% more expensive than an off-the-shelf ring of similar materials might be). They coached me on why my old ring didn't look like I wanted it to, helped me pick the right metal for my lifestyle and found a beautiful diamond for much cheaper than I would have ever guessed. I even got to see a 3d video of my ring before it was made. The bench jeweler, Rachel, made sure to incorporate all my nitpicky little requests or explain why they had to design it a certain way. I'm so happy with how it turned out!

After visiting multiple retail diamond stores, we found several rings for our engagement that were "close", but no "wows". A friendly referral from a co-worker led us to Telayne Designs and working with Tracy. My fiancee and I were able to communicate what we loved in each of our top three engagement rings. Tracy listened intently and brought all of our wishes together into one custom created ring. The pricing was far below the retail shops, there was never any hard sales pitch or pressure... it was all about satisfying what we were searching for.
