I love everything about living in Taylor lofts. Couldn’t recommend a better community! Outside of the fact that it’s located in the heart of Dallas but still tucked away in its own little safe corner, they have amazing staff, events, and really make it feel like home.

I highly recommend talking to Sam at Taylor Lofts. He was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process and found me a unit with a fantastic view of downtown Dallas. They were always responsive, accommodating, and professional - a true asset to Taylor Lofts! Plus, the location is amazing: you can easily grocery shop at the farmers market, walk downtown and Deep Ellum within 10 minutes.

Axam and Sam made my process of finding a home in Dallas a breeze. There was no doubt about it when I walked through the doors that Taylor Lofts was home. From the tour to move in the have been helpful and timely about the entire process! Not to mention, the lofts themself are safe & beautiful.

I am 1 week in as new resident here at Taylor Lofts and my gosh, I am just absolutely head over heels with the complex, the staff, the area - just everything and everyone!I toured earlier this year with Axam and I was immediately sold, as both Axam and Sam went above and beyond!I went over on a Saturday to tour and I was having trouble finding parking since it can get pretty busy on the weekends - I called the office and Axam offered to jump into my car to help guide me to the nearest parking spot. Literally from the moment I was looking for parking, until the very end of the tour, I was just in completely AWE and I felt right at home! On top of that, seeing the units, the finishes, the beautiful facility and the area?! I was ready to move in right then and there lol.Axam was very informative, answered any questions I had and just made the entire application and move-in process so simple and quick for me! I am so grateful to have met such incredible human beings who truly seem to care for their current and future residents.I had toured many apartments prior to Harvest/Taylor Lofts, and I’ve never received the most wonderful, top tier customer service that I’ve received here. So incredibly thankful!! I cannot wait to get to know the rest of the staff to properly thank every single one of you guys!

I like to recognize Axam. Just started working with this gentleman from California.I was really blown away how responsive he was. How he sent me videos of the subject property how quickly got my application, and everything entered in the system.I know he has other clients, but he sure is moving at lightning speed. What a professional, and grateful to have him on my side as I'm out of state and counting on his expertise. Thank you for everything. Looking forward to being a resident there.

What a hidden gem! If you’re looking for an apartment in the down town area, I’d definitely recommend taking a look at Taylor Lofts AND ask for Sam!Sam has taken care of me since I walked in for a tour. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I shared my bad experience of my old apartments and he made me feel very comfortable about making Taylor Lofts my next home.The property is beautiful, prime location, clean and always well kept (they have staff that clean the halls every day ??), and relatively quiet despite being in between downtown and Deep Ellum.

The units have a billboard outside your window which shines all night!!! They are also on during the daytime so they're more likely on as opposed to off.The developer who built this doesn't care about the residents. They're just trying to get every dollar possiblepseudonym name for online reviews.Management obviously doesn't listen to issues. Would rather try and force honest reviews down

Moved from out of state and Sam and his team were phenomenal at helping me transition my move. There was a slight mix up with the time of picking up my keys but Sam was super helpful by coming in 2 hours early to help me get my keys. The team provided me with all the contacts so that all of my equipment and furniture could be here by the time of my move in. By the time I got here, I was more than impressed. I was very leery about signing a lease before actually seeing the apartment in person but Sam helped me out every step of the way from morning till night. I could not recall a single message I sent to Sam where I did not get a response within 30 minutes at the max no matter the time of day. The apartment was great, exceeded my expectations and I am so thrilled to have chosen the Taylor Lofts to be my new home. The reviews helped me tremendously when selecting the Taylor Lofts as my new home, context is everything. Do not hesitate to make this your new home. Great area, plenty to do around the facility and overall pretty quiet.

We have been living at TL for a few years now. After having been moved in by the amazing and always friendly Sam, we have had a great relationship with the team ever since. Jackie and Felicia are always ready to help out with anything from administration to service requests and Willie and his maintenance team sure have been on top of things! In an ever increasing competitive market where renters have plenty choices, the folks at TL are making this an easy one.

We had a great experience with Axam! We relocated from New England and initially had difficulty finding an apartment that met our needs. Axam found us our dream apartment and communicated effectively throughout the process. We are thrilled with our apartment and are glad to be part of the Taylor Lofts Community!
