This is the thing about companies A lot of times companies buy reviews and they are not legitimate reviews.and I see the reviews that this company has are a year ago and don't look legit.so let me give you an up-to-date honest review.We paid for a service that we did not receive After Being charged for the tax prepare service waited 2 days and And received no response from the company then decided to reach out to the company by phone as well as email We finally received a phone call back From an assistant Who then asked for us to send over proof of purchase for the services because it was not showing on their end and that was fine so we did send over proof of purchase after that I was told( oh I am sorry I don't know why that offer is still running we no longer run that offer as of a year ago).But as a customer that is neither here nor there if it is advertised on the website it is your company job to discontinue any marketing programs that you no longer want to run especially if it was bought and paid for now (The professional way to have handled that is honor any sales that come into your company event after realising you have a promotion still up and running then you discontinue it and make sure that it is removed from all sites that's marketing the promo) Customer service should always be #1 you don't then tell a customer who paid for your services I'm gonna give you a call back and never do and I was told this 3x.And come to find out I am not the 1st one That tax tyme has done this to.This is not how you run a professional business that offers a service Come on now you have to do better.Would I recommend this company ‽ on customer service and how they handle Clients I will say no.I Would pay Any company more money if I'm getting great customer service.I Do not want to spend money with a company who do not value my hard earned dollar I don't care if it's 1$ or thousands I still worked ? hard for itUPDATE: In response to owner Rebecca Davis that is not true and I have spoken with your so called assistant as well as emailed you from your company website. So let's be honest As a matter of fact just yesterday I reached out to you 3 times at your registered telephone number and I kept being told even then you are with a client and you promise you would give me a call back by the end of business and that never happened

Mrs.Rebecca is the best, someone introduced her to me and my son a couple years ago and since then she has always checked in us made sure I was satisfied with everything and was up front about everything. She the only person I know that gives you year around tax advise, not just during tax season. I love my tax preparer can you say the same. Let her help you with your taxes you won’t regret it.

I went to TaxTyme Express and had my business taxes completed and Rebecca completed my taxes within a hour. I was in and out and very happy with her services. My first time using her office but I'm a lifetime customer now. I highly recommend her.
