At noon on a Monday the self check out lanes were not open yet for the day (according to an employee). There were only 3 check out lanes staffed and each one had 6-9 customers waiting to check out. It took 15 minutes of waiting to have my turn. The manager needs to do a better job scheduling employees so that customers are not having to wait that long. Everyone in line was very frustrated with the experience.

I love it there. That's the post. But seriously it's always so clean and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. I love to just go sometimes to view what's new. Shelves are rarely ever empty so I never leave empty handed. I even like alot of their Target brand stuff. And I loooooove scanning my barcode for credits! Good incentive.

They don't have enough self checkouts so you still get to stand in line 10 minutes - if you're going to make me do YOUR JOB - then put more registers !! Don't be so cheap !!!

Target is one of my favorite stores. They contribute to the local community, offer fair competitive prices, their circle rewards can't be best, friendly staff and their app is hands-down one of the best apps in retail. Love that I can buy a gift and electronically send the gift receipt. Clean stores, easy no-hassle returns, 5% off purchases with red card, and their marketing system keeps track of my buying habits and sends me coupons when I am about out of my products. Just an amazing overall satisfying experience. Can't recommend enough. One of the best companies around in my opinion.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love their return policy. It makes it so much nicer to be able to take things home and try them on. If I have to take them back, it is easy. The staff is so kind.

This is not a Target. It's a SuperTarget. That should change its name to SuperSlow. This Target stinks. I don't recommend it. I am writing this review while waiting in a giant line. It's 5:17pm on a Wednesday and the self check out line is taking FOREVER. This is unacceptable. Where are the managers? You have 1 regular lane open out of 20. ONE!! Do better. Much better. I'm going to wait 30 minutes to pay for 3 items. Next time I will go somewhere else. Avoid this location if you can. Edit: 1 out of the 4 self check out stations is broken. If 25% breakage is causing lines like this, it's time to be a manager and do something about it.

This store really needs to work on inventory reconciliation. That or their employees don't know where to find items and give up. I buy online for store pick up and rotate between this store and West Plano. Never once had an issue with West Plano, but every single order for this location I get a notification that at least one of the items had to be canceled because they don't have it in stock. Seriously, every single time, which probably happened 8-10 times in the past year!

I live far away from this location so I have been trying to call for three days to see if someone turned in my wallet that I might've lost there and nobody has answered in the three days i've been calling!! I've called more than 5 times a day and I cannot reach a single department.

Recently about 9:00PM, there was a line of more than 20 college age people at the self service area. It didn't move for 10 minutes. There was only one human checker in the human checkout lanes, and she had problems with a woman with a full shopping cart. It looked like they had been there a long time and were making no progress. I wasn't going to wait 30 minutes to buy OTC medicine. I left and went to a different store.
