I was just in the store and spent $100 or more. I went to the store because I think of it as being nicer than the store that’s less than a quarter mile away from me. I go to get in line to pay for my groceries, and there’s one line open With about seven people in it shopping carts full of stuff. A long line for self check out. Since I had a ton of groceries, I decided to wait in the longer line. As I was waiting, I watched the guy ringing up groceries blow his nose, and then wipe it with his hand. I was so absolutely disgusted when he didn’t use hand sanitizer. It really made me nauseous. I won’t be going back to the store.

There’s 19 stalls for checking out customers and only 1 bay of self checkout working on a Friday evening. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy waiting in line.

The prices on the aisles do not match prices at the register, this would be OK if they did not push their self checkout, creating enormous delays on price variances of 50 cents or less.

Very clean store, mostly friendly employees & well stocked shelves. Customer service is prompt & easy process when items need returned.

Better experience than with other stores in the general area. Mercifully, didn't encounter a single Kiosk that was not working. Sufficient self-checkout stations were accessible.

Did not honor the price advertised on the shelf when I tried to checkout.
That's a deal breaker.

The worst store. Purchased a few items in the store and left an item tried calling about 10 times no answer I tried a department only to tell me to call the operator who does not answer.

This policy What Is Target’s Cat & Jack Return Policy?
Because Cat & Jack is a Target-owned brand, you have up to one year — 365 days — to return any of these items with your receipt for an exchange or refund. That’s 275 days or approximately nine months longer than the standard 90-day return window that applies to the non-Target-owned brands it stocks.
She said she is not going to receive anything, even with this policy at her face.
We was being regular customers at this target for almost 5 years.
After this arrogant and incompetent manager I will never coming back to this store.

The Target in West Plano is a pretty nice Super Target with everything you need. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is cool and helpful. It's generally a solid place to shop with a wide variety of products that cater to most of your needs.
However, I'm giving it four stars because of a disappointing experience with their donuts. I wanted to grab a donut, but the one I picked was old, stale, and overpriced at $3. To make matters worse, it was covered in flies in the display.
Aside from the donut issue, everything else about this Target is solid with no problems. Just steer clear of the donuts, and you should have a pleasant shopping experience.

Worst Target ever! They expect you to check yourself out but also have a line and don't even open half of the other self-check registers. The manager is a moron, I've had several interactions with him. He couldn't care less and should be fired. I worked in retail for many years and understand how this game works. He's got no clue. Stay away if you can.
