The worst store. Purchased a few items in the store and left an item tried calling about 10 times no answer I tried a department only to tell me to call the operator who does not answer.

This policy What Is Target’s Cat & Jack Return Policy?
Because Cat & Jack is a Target-owned brand, you have up to one year — 365 days — to return any of these items with your receipt for an exchange or refund. That’s 275 days or approximately nine months longer than the standard 90-day return window that applies to the non-Target-owned brands it stocks.
She said she is not going to receive anything, even with this policy at her face.
We was being regular customers at this target for almost 5 years.
After this arrogant and incompetent manager I will never coming back to this store.

The Target in West Plano is a pretty nice Super Target with everything you need. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is cool and helpful. It's generally a solid place to shop with a wide variety of products that cater to most of your needs.
However, I'm giving it four stars because of a disappointing experience with their donuts. I wanted to grab a donut, but the one I picked was old, stale, and overpriced at $3. To make matters worse, it was covered in flies in the display.
Aside from the donut issue, everything else about this Target is solid with no problems. Just steer clear of the donuts, and you should have a pleasant shopping experience.

Worst Target ever! They expect you to check yourself out but also have a line and don't even open half of the other self-check registers. The manager is a moron, I've had several interactions with him. He couldn't care less and should be fired. I worked in retail for many years and understand how this game works. He's got no clue. Stay away if you can.

Very big target with alot of options. But don’t wait to go until after 7 to try on clothes. They shut the fitting room down early even though the store is open until 10.

The price online vs in the store is completely insane. One item in particular was 110% (no typo) more expensive in the store than online. The employee also said not to trust the "in stock" feature on the website because it is almost always wrong.

I love Target, for the convenience and the prices. I buy groceries but also home goods and clothing at Target. I'm never disappointed. I love the self-checkouts, too, and I'm so happy that my local Target is once again allowing self checkout for those of us buying more than 10 items.

Had lots of choices for the items I was looking for. Well organized store. Nice employees. Love being able to use the app in the store to add deals before checkout.

At noon on a Monday the self check out lanes were not open yet for the day (according to an employee). There were only 3 check out lanes staffed and each one had 6-9 customers waiting to check out. It took 15 minutes of waiting to have my turn. The manager needs to do a better job scheduling employees so that customers are not having to wait that long. Everyone in line was very frustrated with the experience.

I love it there. That's the post. But seriously it's always so clean and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. I love to just go sometimes to view what's new. Shelves are rarely ever empty so I never leave empty handed. I even like alot of their Target brand stuff. And I loooooove scanning my barcode for credits! Good incentive.

They don't have enough self checkouts so you still get to stand in line 10 minutes - if you're going to make me do YOUR JOB - then put more registers !! Don't be so cheap !!!
