Please tell your AT&T sales people to take no for an answer the first time. I was lying through my teeth just to get out of the conversation and then I eventually got frustrated and said we were happy with the service we got. READ THE ROOM WE ARE NOT INTERESTED!

I had a horrible pick-up experience. I watched as people who came after me received their orders, and when I finally received my order, half of it was missing. I attempted to call the store several times with no answer. It just rang until it hung up on me. I will no longer shop at this Target based on this experience. The customer service was not good, and the employees have no sense of urgency or order.

Bought a kpop cd from here and it turns out it was already opened and someone stole everything inside but the cd!

There may be a few nice people here, but I haven't met one, yet customer service sucks yall really need to do better. It was just a bad day for everyone. I guess I asked a few people for help finding something, but none of them helped, and we're rude. Then I tried to call corporate, and they kept hanging up on me. It was not just a today issue it's almost every time I shop here. I won't shop here again if I can help it

Completely disappointed. I placed an order this morning. The item was sold out 30minutes before my pickup time. This store was the next store available with the item. I come to service desk for help. They say they cannot find the item although I received I confirmation. They would not even exchange for another item of equal value. This was a real screw up Target. The customer service was horrible. Completely discouraging to ever purchase an item online and expect to receive the item purchased. This experience was beyond inconvenient

This has been my absolute favorite target in the entire world since it opened! What happened to you guys? I came to pick up today, the girl seemed high, two of my packages were damaged, and she acted like she did not know what she was doing. I could understand if she was training, but she seemed completely out of it. Guess I’ll have to find another favorite target, or come in the store when I have time and no longer use the pick up service.

If you do drive up be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to get even 1 item. The drive up situation is severely unreliable. I say I’m on my way in plenty of time for them to get my order ready and I get here and every time without fail, I see at least 5 people arrive after me and get their order before I do. It’s a waste of time. Walk in and get the order yourself. You’ll get it quicker.

Good luck if you choose to shop here. Easily the worst experience I’ve had. Unfortunately zero stars isn’t an option.
