I just left this target, waited for 30 minutes after pressing the button on one of the glass cases for no one to come. I asked an employee for help and they told me to press the button again and wait. I put the rest of my things down and left I won’t be coming back because the employees or lack of employees are not helpful

Couple of months back it used to be a lot cleaner and more organized. Went to use the restrooms today and there were dirty, a sewer stench coming from the sink. The area is just bad in general.

Was in the self check out lane between 3:45pm-3:50pm getting ready to pay for my stuff, i see a African American guy in line next to me, gets very impatient and walks out without paying for his stuff... wow... freaking awesome!!! If it would've been a Mexican American, they would've called ICE on them, if it would've been a white person the regular police... wow!!! Must be lucky to be African American, because they get away with alot more stuff than anyone else, all they have to do is use the RACE CARD and they get a slap on the wrist and act like a victim like always!!!

Just literal the WORST customer service ever. No matter which branch you call their service desk or operator THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALL. I called them 10 times and even tried different departments, literally no response. Stop boasting about your “great customer service” when you don’t even answer your phones. This happened to me multiple times. Just stop.

This Target is absolutely disgusting. Terrible weed smell at front door at all times, homeless people loitering and stealing in the parking lot, long lines with no cashiers at checkout, and dirty inside. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The men's department at this location is looking fantastic. I am a three to four time shopper a week at Target and I've never been to this location. I have never been to a Target men's department that looks this so much put together. Joe help me when I was here and we found the perfect shirt. Kudos to your people in that department because I cannot get over how great that place looks.

This Target used to be my preferred supermarket, but it went down the gutter sometime in the last two years (2023/4). Used to have a good time going here, now it’s one of my least favorite chores if I absolutely have to go. Cut the staff in half (presumably only keeping the unhelpful half), started locking up a ton of miscellaneous items, got way dirtier and less organized. Always some crime going on inside or out-. Just overall a bad store now. It’s a shame.

There is literally no men's product section for things like hair gel, face and beard lotion, etc. Things are mislabeled so you don't know what they cost. Half the items in the store are locked up and you have to call over one of the few employees you can find to get something. You can't do self check out with more than ten items but God forbid more than one cashier be open on any given shift. It's worth the drive to the medallion location.

I’m quite satisfied with my purchases at Target—the selection and prices are always fantastic. However, the checkout process leaves a lot to be desired. It often feels like a mob scene that clogs up the entire front of the store. Some improvements in this area would make the shopping experience much better.
