Target, a popular retail store, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While the men's department at one location has been praised for its fantastic organization and selection, the overall cleanliness and organization of the store seem to have declined in recent months. The restrooms have been reported as dirty, with a sewer stench coming from the sinks. The checkout process has also been a point of concern, with the area often feeling like a "mob scene" that clogs up the entire front of the store. Customers have suggested that improvements in this area would enhance the shopping experience. However, the store's selection and prices have been consistently fantastic, leaving many customers quite satisfied with their purchases. One employee, Ms. Carwell, has been singled out for her amazing customer service and positive attitude, which has been noted to have a significant impact on the shoppers' experiences. The store has also faced an issue with customers parking in the designated drive-up bays, which prevents others from accessing these convenient services. Customers have suggested that the store implement an initiative to deter this behavior, such as stickering the windshields of offending vehicles. Overall, Target appears to be a mixed bag, with strengths in its product selection and prices, but challenges in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficient checkout processes. The exceptional customer service provided by employees like Ms. Carwell is a bright spot, but the store may benefit from addressing the concerns raised by its customers.
Couple of months back it used to be a lot cleaner and more organized. Went to use the restrooms today and there were dirty, a sewer stench coming from the sink. The area is just bad in general.
