They did a good job, but a week later I noticed I had a slow oil leak from the oil plug. Took it back and they tightened the screw and stopped the leak, I'm just glad I noticed before something worse happened.

I was a month behind on my registration due to going to another Take 5 over and over due to them not having the person that does inspections. I went to this take 5 and he said his system was down because they didn’t have wifi. I went back to this take 5 and he said it was up and running. I got it done and he did not even charge me. He apologized and said it was on them. This shows me how much they truly care for people even though they weren’t even in the wrong. I gratefully appreciate of all they did for me. Thank you and yall are the best.

Very nice guys, very helpful. I went for an oil change. No wait. Informed me tge car had a leak. Unfortunately they didn't fix the type of leak I had but advised me where to go.

Friendly safe. Offered a beverage while the changed oil. Wasn't 5 mins. But the service was great. I was also able to use a $10 off coupon from google maps.

I had a horrible experience at Take 5 in Dallas Tx, on Greenville st, on Aug 12 @3 pm , there was discrimination exhibited from staff at this location, waiting in line for 30 minutes before I got service then a white woman pull up and they put her in the bay services to her before me and she left before I did . I will not go back there nor will I recommend this place to neither my family nor friends.

I visited Take 5 on Lemmon for my last two oil changes and had no issues. When I visited the Greenville location, I had a feeling that something was amiss. The technician seemed to have difficulty with the drain plug, but at that point, I was committed to the process. Today I took my vehicle to a repair shop for an oil change and received this call, “Where did you have your oil changed last? They stripped the threads on the oil pan and it will have to be replaced.” So…$70 turned into $700. No bueno
